YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all manufacturing BOMs inside the ERP system and the transfer of engineering BOMs into manufacturing BOMs for sub and main assemblies, including adaptation for the needs of the production sites (Plant Level BOM)
- Coordinate all production planning and work preparation activities within the area of new product introduction (NPI) to ensure an efficient sample production
- Planning, scheduling and organizing assembly trials for prototypes, design modifications, exhibition chargers and pre-series sample production including testing, packaging and shipping to the end customer
- Coordination of procurement and provision of materials required for NPI assembly builds in collaboration with R&D, purchasing, supply chain and logistics
- Creation of work instructions for sub-assemblies and main assembly
- Process documentation during assembly trials and sample production

- Analyse the current security posture of the organization and monitor network traffic
