YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day customer support focusing on topics related to human-machine interface (HMI)
- Train customers about Alpitronic web-based customization tool and system functionality
- Customize user interfaces to align with evolving user or business requirements
- Collaborate with development teams to test HMI behaviour after updates or patches
- Troubleshoot errors, resolve display or usability issues, and escalate complex problems when needed
- Write proper documentation and application notes, configuration settings, as well as common troubleshooting procedures
- Conduct customer one-to-one testing and create simple guides, FAQs, or walkthroughs as required
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Degree in a technical field, preferably computer science or electronics engineering
- Previous years of professional experience in a comparable position with B2B customer contact
- Proven experience with web-based languages such as html, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python
- Fundamentals of project management
- Familiar with international standards, languages and regulations
- Ability to translate R&D responses into valuable customer document
- Very good knowledge English, Italian and German as an advantage
