Die Tätigkeit umfasst
- Das Entwerfen, die Implementierung und die Verwaltung von modernen Cloud-Lösungen zur Unterstützung der Initiativen innerhalb Alperia Gruppe
- Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Entwicklung von Strategien für die Bereitstellung von Anwendungen, sowie die Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur in öffentlichen, privaten und hybriden Cloud-Umgebungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT-Teams zur Optimierung von Prozessen und zur Gewährleistung der Effizienz und Sicherheit der Cloud-Infrastrukturen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der IT-Richtlinien und IT-Verfahren des Unternehmens und Beitrag zur Entwicklung von Best Practices im Cloud Computing
- Behebung von Störungen, Ermittlung der Grundursachen (root cause), beheben und dokumentieren von Problemen, sowie die Durchführung von Präventivmaßnahmen

Die Tätigkeit umfasst
- Betreuung von Netzwerken im Bereich der industriellen Automatisierungssysteme (SCADA, PLC, DCS) sowie der technischen Infrastruktur innerhalb der Wasserkraftwerke
- Verwaltung physischer und virtueller IT-Infrastrukturen in Microsoft- und Linux-Umgebungen zur Unterstützung des automatisierten Anlagenbetriebs
- Definition technischer Standards im Bereich Operational Technology (OT) für die Gewährleistung der Effizienz und Sicherheit der Automatisierungssysteme
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Team zur kontinuierlichen Integration von Sicherheitslösungen in bestehende OT-Prozesse
- Sicherstellung der Cybersecurity (gemäß NIS2) durch Schwachstellenanalysen, Risikobewertungen und das Management von IT-Sicherheitsvorfällen

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop and implement large-scale projects for cloud-based systems
- Planning, definition of requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance of the software development lifecycle for AWS solutions
- Identify, analyse and resolve infrastructure troubleshoot incidents and application deployment issues and implement preventative measures
- Provide guidance on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, through appropriate training
- Modernise and consolidate IT infrastructure and implement the best cloud-based solutions for the company, to ensure continued impact on growth
- Customise AWS applications to make the business more secure and efficient
- Monitoring the migration process of the new applications to the cloud so that it is seamless and in line with the organisation's operations
- Definition and documentation of the best practices and strategies for application deployment and infrastructure maintenance
- Ensure application and cloud environment performance, maintaining high standards and complying with company security policies

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructures using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles
- Automate deployment processes and infrastructure provisioning to improve efficiency and reliability
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimisation of cloud resources
- Manage networking, security groups, and IAM policies to maintain a secure cloud environment
- Work closely with developers, and IT teams to improve DevOps adoption and collaboration
- Develop and maintain robust GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment across multiple environments
- Optimise containerised deployments using Docker and orchestration tools ECS
- Implement and maintain centralised logging and monitoring solutions using Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch & Kibana)
- Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise cloud resource usage and system performance

- Server Administration: Perform server administration tasks and research event-log warnings and errors
- Technical Support: Assist the Service Desk with troubleshooting to identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the overall SAP system landscape, including installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of SAP systems (e.g. ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, PI/PO)
- Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, enhancement packages and patches, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations
- Regularly monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement performance tuning measures to ensure optimal system operation
- Ensure regular system backups, system security and develop disaster recovery plans to maintain high availability and business continuity for critical systems
- Manage the SAP transport system and coordinate transports across the SAP landscape, ensuring smooth deployment of changes and updates in development, quality and production environments
- Administer SAP databases, including performance monitoring, capacity planning, backups and troubleshooting database-related issues (Oracle, HANA, etc.)
- Design and plan SAP system landscapes, including high availability, disaster recovery setups and cloud integrations, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP Basis-related issues, including system outages, performance problems and configuration errors
- Use tools such as SAP Solution Manager to proactively monitor, alert and report on the health of SAP systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures and best practices
