In dieser Position übernimmst Du die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Anwendungen und Systeme. Du analysierst Benutzeranforderungen und erstellst passende Spezifikationen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Softwarelösungen den Bedürfnissen der Nutzer gerecht werden. Zudem unterstützt Du bei der Implementierung neuer Softwarelösungen und bist verantwortlich für die Fehleranalyse und -behebung in bestehenden Anwendungen. Ein weiterer wichtiger Bestandteil Deiner Tätigkeit ist die Schulung von Benutzern sowie die Unterstützung des technischen Supports. Darüber hinaus arbeitest Du eng mit internen Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern zusammen, um optimale Lösungen zu entwickeln und die Effizienz unserer IT-Systeme kontinuierlich zu steigern.
