The Laimburg Research Centre is the leading research institute for agriculture and food quality in South Tyrol (Italy). We operate mainly in applied research with the aim of increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of South Tyrolean agriculture and of ensuring the quality of agricultural products.

For the ERDF research project PROSEED “Research into drying and fermentation technologies for the valorization of innovative plant protein raw materials for food and agriculture“ (ERDF 2021-2027, n. 1080, CUP B57H24003770007) the working groups “Laboratory for Flavours and Metabolites” and the “Laboratory of NMR Spectroscopy” is looking for a:
