Your tasks
  • Managing projects in all phases: definition, planning, execution, control and completion

Your responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic initiatives in production, technology, logistics, and digitization, actively driving advancements in these areas
  • Acquire comprehensive expertise in business operations and value-added production processes, emphasizing critical interfaces
  • Contribute to continuous process optimization by means of appropriate analyses and integration of measures
  • Lead diverse projects across multiple plants, collaborating within interdisciplinary teams to ensure successful outcomes
  • Play a key role in the development, training, and onboarding of technical and production personnel
Your tasks
  • Strengthening the relationship with customers and act as a primary point of contact for our existing customers in the wood industry - from the first system installation to long-term cooperation
  • Conducting regular customer meetings to gather their feedback, identify customer needs and collect feedback on product performance, for internal sharing
  • You will maintain customer contact throughout service activities, staying up to date and coordinating closely with service management
  • Keeping an eye on key figures by regularly collecting and analysing relevant KPIs to identify opportunities and challenges at an early stage
  • Analysing project success/outcomes, you will stay informed about completed projects and conduct structured feedback discussions with customers to drive continuous improvement. 
Your responsibilities:
  • Providing on-site support to markets before, during and after launches
  • Act as a sparing partner for developing and testing enhancements
  • Provide support for all launches, migrations and relaunches
  • Content management for our various web shops
  • Act as a strategic thinker to support the different aspects of our e-commerce operations
Your tasks
  • Management of the live demo process at the company's showrooms, including the preparation of the machines according to customer requirements
  • Study of the product from a technical, mechanical, and functional point of view
  • Management of the feasibility process of projects in the evaluation phase by providing direct technical support to colleagues in the Internal Sales and Sales departments
  • Development and adaption of software to customer requirements at the PoC stage
  • Continued study of target markets, understanding their requirements, specifications, and characteristics
  • Preparation of technical documentation
  • Support in the transformation of customer requirements into customised solutions
  • Collaboration with customers and OEM partners on a global level, as well as the company's Sales and Product Management teams
  • Possible active participation in trade fair events
Tasks & responsibilities
  • Own the information flow between Product Managers Softgoods and International Marketing
  • Working in close collaboration with the product & CSR managers and having a constant exchange from the product idea to the B2B and finally B2C
  • Translating (technical) products' USP’s and CSR topics into Product Marketing/Communication starting from sell-in tools (product description, workbook/website content, presentations, product overviews) to Sell-out (POS tools, techbook, product training, etc.) in collaboration with the International Marketing Team
  • Explain the products’ USP's and develop the right communication tools for all applications including packaging and point of sale
  • Collaborating with the marketing team in the development of seasonal campaigns
  • Brief the marketing team and collaborate in the creation of product specific content (product pictures, videos, product & technology descriptions) and ensure it is used in a consistent way in the different marketing communication channels
  • Responsible of the “on product” communication like packaging, hangtag, user manuals etc.
  • Owner of product data: Insert and update product specific information in the relevant database
  • Strategic development of product marketing concepts: Provide ideas as well as opportunities to assist and enhance the product marketing strategy
  • Analyze competitors (product, price, activity) as well as market needs and identify future trends in close collaboration with the brand
  • Work with the external graphic agency for product pictures, renders, hangtags and packaging
  • Prepare and hold product trainings for Sales Reps and Retail Staff
  • Responsible of managing Salesmen Sample Set
  • Support the PM Team in the organization of internal (sales) meetings and product presentations
  • Coordinate marketing and content integration into product development and align Marketing, Sales, and Product teams for clear communication and go-to-market success
  • Lead Development Process of Promo Styles / Gadget for marketing use
  • Support in the monitoring of project timelines  
Tasks & responsibilities
  • Develop seasonal product line/matrix following the brands strategic briefing
  • Prepare the business plan proposal (product concept, price positioning, target costs, features, sales potential, promotion and communication)
  • Define detailed product brief (feature, design, functionality, costs and quality) to brief the Product Division (Design, R&D etc.) with clear vision on USP within the collection and compared to benchmark
  • Analyze and interpret sales data through feedback and information collected on field
  • Understand sales, margin, turns, and merchandising requirements of buyers and key accounts. Digest and analyze data from sell-through reports
  • Analyze competitors (product, price, activity) as well as market needs and identify future trends in close collaboration with the brand, developing contacts with proper focus groups
  • Debrief R&D and Design Team regularly and build and maintain intradepartmental relationships with all functional areas and ensure alignment on product brief
  • Be the owner of the line plan and product brief by permanently monitoring the product brief with all stakeholders to keep gates and timings
  • Translation of (technical) Product USP’s into Product Marketing/Communication starting from sell-in tools (product description, workbook/website content, presentations,) to Sell-out (POS Tools, Techbook, product trainings, etc.) in collaboration with the Marketing Team. Insert and update product specific information in the relevant database.
  • Present product strategy and explain product features during sales meetings and other internal meetings to increase product know how
  • Market visits for presentation, relationship building with key stakeholders and trend/market research
  • Assist in meetings with key accounts and strategic dealers
  • Define and achieve contribution targets by monitoring cost of products
  • Work with the Development and Testing department to optimize process and outcome of lab- and field tests
  • Organize and manage focus groups and test teams for field tests
  • Align on a regular base with other product groups following Dynafit’s ONE SYSTEM strategy
