Your tasks
  • Managing projects in all phases: definition, planning, execution, control and completion
  • Organizing project tasks and defining priorities for international projects

Position Overview
  • Assist in the testing, development, and maintenance of 3D scanning systems
  • Develop and operate test stands for hardware components to ensure that quality and performance standards are met
  • Collaborate with the team to install 3D scanners at our global client base
  • Assist with client support for troubleshooting electronic and mechanical components onside and at clients worldwide
Position Overview

  • Customer support, providing help to our customers through various channels (phone calls, e-mails)
  • Problem analysis and technical troubleshooting
  • Remote Support, but also on-site intervention when necessary
  • Management of clients requests, playing a liaison role with other internal technical departments
  • Executions of onsite maintenance operations and trainings at the customer factories
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in Italy, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling products and services, as well as to acquire new customers within the region
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and support overall business planning efforts
  • Drive revenue growth, ensure market share and successfully introduce products and services
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide them commercial and technical support, addressing their needs effectively
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Team and generate market reports to support the decision-making process, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts
  • Generate forecasts and reports, by tracking performance, identify areas for improvement and monitor market trends
  • Represent Alpitronic at trade fairs, events and congresses
Your tasks
  • Management of the live demo process at the company's showrooms, including the preparation of the machines according to customer requirements
  • Study of the product from a technical, mechanical, and functional point of view
  • Management of the feasibility process of projects in the evaluation phase by providing direct technical support to colleagues in the Internal Sales and Sales departments
  • Development and adaption of software to customer requirements at the PoC stage
  • Continued study of target markets, understanding their requirements, specifications, and characteristics
  • Preparation of technical documentation
  • Support in the transformation of customer requirements into customised solutions
  • Collaboration with customers and OEM partners on a global level, as well as the company's Sales and Product Management teams
  • Possible active participation in trade fair events
Your responsibilities:
  • Project management of technology and industrialisation projects in plant engineering for our international production plants
  • Support the Project Management Organization (PMO) by developing standardized processes, ensuring effective project governance, enabling effective portfolio management and promoting clear and open communication across the organization
  • Participation in the annual planning of investments and management of investment projects
  • Procurement of new suppliers, solicitation of offers, preparation of plant supply contracts and ongoing supplier management
  • Preparation of plant-wide guidelines in the area of technical matters
  • Participation in the standardisation and further development of production technologies, processes and the planning of new facilities
