  • Begleitung der Südtiroler Erlebnisräume bei der Zertifizierung des Nachhaltigkeitsprogramms auf Basis des Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) Südtirol, gemeinsam mit den relevanten internen Abteilungen von IDM. 
  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit/Südtiroler Nachhaltigkeitsprogramm mit den relevanten Bereichen/Abteilungen 
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Themas Nachhaltigkeit sowie des Nachhaltigkeitslabel Südtirol im Tourismus in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Experten und Forschungsinstitutionen sowie mit den internen Expert-Units. 
  • Auf- und Ausbau der Beziehungen zu relevanten Stakeholdern und Partnern innerhalb und außerhalb von Südtirol. 
  • Entwicklung, Anpassung und Umsetzung übergeordneter, nachhaltiger Erlebnisraumstrategien in Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Tourismusorganisationen und Leistungsträgern (nachhaltige Erlebnisprodukte, Zielgruppen, Märkte, Kommunikationsstrategien, etc.
