YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to transfer new products and major product or process changes from engineering to serial production
- Manages all industrialization related activites within in the product development, which includes prototyping, process planning, process validation and production scale up
- Managing an interdisciplinary project team consisting of process, equipment and test system engineers,
ERP/MES architects, supply chain management, purchasing, quality and facility management - Responsible for planning, executing and controlling the industrialization project within the designated timeline and budget, including project reporting and stakeholder management
- Coordination of process planning, which includes definition of the value stream (process, material and information flow), PFMEA/control plan, specification and selection of assembly and test equipment and planning of production layout / infrastructure
- Coordination of process validation and production scale up which includes installation of infrastructure, production and test equipment, setup & verification of software and production master data, HSE assessment, production of prototypes & pre-series samples and preparation of phase over to serial production
- Definition of project related industrialization requirements like design for manufacturing, design for service and design for reliability
- Participation in change board meetings to identify and take over major changes to be executed within NPI
Core team member in product development project as main interface to development project manager for all industrialization activities

Your Tasks
- Drive the optimization of FMCG product cost structures, ensuring competitive unit costs and improved gross margins
- Maintain accurate, consistent and regularly updated standard costs as a reliable steering baseline
- Create full transparency of actual product and manufacturing costs, including variance analyses (price/quantity/mix) and followup on corrective actions
- Monitor and analyze production efficiency and productivity KPIs, including OEE, machine and labour utilization, and other metrics, to ensure alignment with production targets
- Conduct detailed cost analysis related to production, including direct material usage, labour efficiency, machine utilization, and manufacturing overhead absorption
- Identify and continuously optimize key cost drivers based on factbased manufacturing and product cost analyses, in close collaboration with Category Management and Engineering & Production (E&P) functions
- Enable factbased pricing, portfolio and innovation decisions through timely, consistent and auditproof cost information

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take the lead in designing and developing C#/.NET software for our EV charger test system suites
- Collaborate closely with system engineers and embedded developers to analyse and define test requirements, ensuring they are aligned with hardware and software specifications
- Define and govern the software architecture to drive the development of reusable libraries and frameworks, ensuring robustness, scalability and long-term maintainability
- Design and optimise user-friendly operator interfaces to streamline test execution, improve productivity and efficiency, and reduce human error.
- Oversee software commissioning to ensure smooth deployment and integration with hardware, as well as full functionality in the testing environment
- Provide technical support, debugging and validation for test systems, troubleshooting complex hardware–software interaction issues throughout the development and production phases
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by adopting new methodologies, tools and technologies to advance software quality, performance and automation capabilities
- Promote best practices in software development, testing and documentation

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the group-wide AI strategy in alignment with long-term business objectives
- Lead the development of the AI layer, including predictive maintenance, production optimization, anomaly detection, and autonomous scheduling
- Drive the development of the Production Knowledge Graph, leveraging sensor data across a growing installed base
- Establish and oversee AI governance standards across all business units (including model selection, vendor strategy, and responsible AI practices)
- Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases based on business impact and scalability
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing AI team
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on AI-related topics

- Design and implement backend services for an incident‑automation platform, including telemetry processing, orchestration, workflow execution, case/ticket integrations, and platform APIs
- Evolve the current architecture from tightly coupled workflows and database‑driven logic to a modular, event‑driven, and scalable backend platform
- Build and maintain reliable integrations with charger telemetry, ticketing/case systems, service workflows, and customer‑facing product components
- Improve workflow reliability, idempotency, retry mechanisms, state management, error handling, and auditability across automated playbooks
- Collaborate with product, service, R&D, and data engineering teams to translate operational playbooks into maintainable backend capabilities
- Contribute to technical decisions on rules/policy handling, workflow orchestration, context modeling, observability, and system scalability
- Support the implementation of secure, governed, and monitorable AI/agent‑based backend capabilities where appropriate
