YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess training needs and develop targeted learning solutions
- Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs using a variety of modalities and approaches.
- Deliver engaging and effective learning programs
- Create and update training systems and all supporting materials
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement
- Partner with external vendors and experts to enhance the breadth and depth of our training offering
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to foster a culture of continuous learning
- Manage reimbursement processes and funding applications (Fondimpresa, etc)

Your tasks
- Preparation of calculations and retrospective calculations
- Preparation of offer and order texts in cooperation with the our technical and sales department
- Order processing
- Maintenance and update of the customer database (CRM)
- Identification of considerable cost factors in cooperation with the technical departments
- Technical/commercial support in the phases of the sales process
- Documentation of technical specifications for the sales department
- Collection and verification of requirements and needs expressed by clients to influence the company strategic development process
- Definition and structuring of the technical-commercial specification of products
- Continued support and cooperation with technical departments for the definition of estimates and technical specifications
