YOUR TASKS
- Operational scheduling of transports, taking schedules and costs into account
- Efficient communication with suppliers and logistics service providers to ensure a smooth process
- Monitoring and tracking deliveries to ensure they arrive on time and in perfect condition
- Maintain accurate stock levels between Loacker systems and logistics partners
- Working closely with other departments such as production, sales and purchasing to optimize logistics processes
- Processing customer orders and forwarding them to the relevant logistics centers
- Identification of optimization potentials in the existing logistics processes
YOUR PROFILE
- Ideally experience in operational logistics
- Knowledge of Excel to analyze and manage data
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under time pressure
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Team orientation and good communication skills
- Fluency in Italian and English, German represents an advantage
