Your Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development & Execution: Support the creation and implementation of international trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sell-out across key channels.
- Market & Shopper Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends and shopper behavior to tailor strategies to local needs.

- Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Marketing-Funnels basierend auf datengetriebenen Strategien: Segmentierung, A/B-Tests und Conversion-Optimierung entlang des Funnels
- Operative Kenntnisse im Bereich Newsletter-Marketing, Funnel-Automation, CRM und Online-Werbung (Meta, Google)
- Analytisches Verständnis für Datenanalyse (Google Analytics, Social Insights, Wettbewerbs-Benchmarking)
- Kreativität, Ergebnisorientierung, Kundenbindung und Eigeninitiative
- Erfahrung im Community Building ist ein Plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and strategically develop long-term relationships with key international accounts in the label sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Durst-related topics, from negotiations to project implementation.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Service, Ink, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure seamless customer support.
- Develop customized pricing and discount models in collaboration with the Sales Director.
- Use Durst Analytics and other tools to monitor customer performance and identify improvement opportunities.

- Minute-taking and documentation of key meetings and discussions
- Acting as liaison between the CMO/VP S&M and internal teams
- Communication of leadership decisions to relevant stakeholders

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in Italy, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling products and services, as well as to acquire new customers within the region
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and support overall business planning efforts
- Drive revenue growth, ensure market share and successfully introduce products and services
- Manage customer inquiries and provide them commercial and technical support, addressing their needs effectively
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Team and generate market reports to support the decision-making process, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts
- Generate forecasts and reports, by tracking performance, identify areas for improvement and monitor market trends
- Represent Alpitronic at trade fairs, events and congresses
