Your Tasks
  • Empower and Engage the Customer & Sales Support team (9 people)
  • Responsible for delivering excellent services
  • Responsible for relationship management with international distribution partners
  • Strategic development of process and technology, to deliver key service outcomes, proactive driver for change and digitalization
  • Finalize automation of order to cash operations and activate inside sales team
  • Execution, support and implementation of long-term projects
  • Ensure transparent and efficient flow of information between external and internal customers
  • Identification and lead of continuous improvement projects
  • Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
  • Cost Modeling: Develop and maintain precise cost models covering materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
  • Cost Estimation: Provide accurate cost estimates for new designs and engineering changes.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze cost data to identify cost drivers and trends and develop cost reduction strategies.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate with procurement to negotiate favorable supplier terms and evaluate quotes for competitiveness.
  • Value Engineering: Facilitate value engineering workshops to encourage innovation and cost-effective design alternatives.
  • Team Training: Train and mentor teams on cost models, fostering a cost-conscious culture within the organization.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible to transfer new products and major product or process changes from engineering to serial production
  • Manages all industrialization related activites within in the product development, which includes prototyping, process planning, process validation and production scale up
  • Managing an interdisciplinary project team consisting of process, equipment and test system engineers, 
    ERP/MES architects, supply chain management, purchasing, quality and facility management
  • Responsible for planning, executing and controlling the industrialization project within the designated timeline and budget, including project reporting and stakeholder management
  • Coordination of process planning, which includes definition of the value stream (process, material and information flow), PFMEA/control plan, specification and selection of assembly and test equipment and planning of production layout / infrastructure
  • Coordination of process validation and production scale up which includes installation of infrastructure, production and test equipment, setup & verification of software and production master data, HSE assessment, production of prototypes & pre-series samples and preparation of phase over to serial production
  • Definition of project related industrialization requirements like design for manufacturing, design for service and design for reliability
  • Participation in change board meetings to identify and take over major changes to be executed within NPI
    Core team member in product development project as main interface to development project manager for all industrialization activities

  • Umsetzung von Brand-Equity Studien, Ad Tracking, U&A Studien, Consumer Segmentations, Shopper Insights, Fokusgruppen und andere Marktforschungsmethoden und Ableitung von Insights & Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Bereitstellung von Business Metrics, KPI & Dashboards für Business Units und Sektoren

  • Strategische HR-Beratung & Employee Lifecycle: Unterstütze die Führungskräfte in deinem Verantwortungsbereich als kompetenter Berater in allen HR-relevanten Themen und begleite Mitarbeiter:innen durch den gesamten Employee Lifecycle.
  • Recruiting & Talent Empowerment: Verantworte den Recruiting-Prozess, von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur finalen Bewerberauswahl und gestalte innovative Talententwicklungs- sowie Schulungsprogramme , die Mitarbeitende nachhaltig fördern.
  • HR-Prozesse & Change Management: Unterstütze Projekte zur Digitalisierung unserer HR-Prozesse und begleite Transformationsprojekte, um unsere Organisation fit für die Zukunft zu machen.
  • Arbeitsrecht & Stakeholder Collaboration: Sorge für die Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben und pflege eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie externen Partnern, um nachhaltige Lösungen zu gestalten.
