Your tasks
- Strengthening the relationship with customers and act as a primary point of contact for our existing customers in the wood industry - from the first system installation to long-term cooperation
- Conducting regular customer meetings to gather their feedback, identify customer needs and collect feedback on product performance, for internal sharing
- You will maintain customer contact throughout service activities, staying up to date and coordinating closely with service management
- Keeping an eye on key figures by regularly collecting and analysing relevant KPIs to identify opportunities and challenges at an early stage
- Analysing project success/outcomes, you will stay informed about completed projects and conduct structured feedback discussions with customers to drive continuous improvement.
