- Sie übersetzen Prozessanforderungen aktiv in konkrete Anwendungslösungen und fungieren als Bindeglied zwischen dem IT-Team und den Anwendern.
- Sie beteiligen sich an der Entwicklung, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung der internen Software (insbesondere ERP, CRM und ITSM-Plattformen) und wirken bei der funktionalen Analyse, Implementierung, dem Testing und dem Release-Management mit.
- Sie erstellen individuelle Anpassungen, konfigurieren Workflows und entwickeln Reporting- sowie Business-Intelligence-Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team.

- Daten-Architektur: Du betreust die Datenbank-Infrastruktur, baust die Logik für unsere BI-Lösungen auf und designst ein skalierbares Data Warehouse für unser Unternehmen.
- Pipeline-Management: Du entwickelst und betreust ETL-Strecken und führst Datenflüsse aus verschiedenen Quellen in einem „Single Point of Truth“ zusammen.
- End-to-End-Modellierung: Du konzipierst Aggregationen in Analysis Services und verantwortest den gesamten Prozess von der Rohdatenquelle bis zum fertigen tabellarischen Modell.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development and implementation of a holistic recruitment strategy to attract the best talent for Alpitronic
- Conducting interviews and selection procedures to ensure qualified candidates are hired
- Identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards and networks
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners and technical departments to understand requirements for open positions and optimise the application process
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, universities and other educational institutions to establish a talent pool
- Conducting employer branding activities, such as recruitment events, career fairs and company visits, to position the company as an attractive employer
- Analysing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment strategy and identify opportunities for improvement

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support, develop, and optimise SAP Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems
- Collaborate with business departments to analyze procurement, logistics and sales requirements, develop suitable SAP solutions and configure MM/SD modules accordingly
- Lead and participate in projects for SAP MM/SD implementation, optimisation and enhancement (e.g., rollouts, upgrades), while ensuring system stability and availability
- Analyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient solutions through process optimisation and customisation.
- Ensure effective integration of MM/SD processes with other SAP modules (FI/CO, PP, WM) and external systems
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, perform error analysis, troubleshoot SAP MM/SD-related issues and coordinate with external service providers
- Conduct end-user training, create documentation and manuals, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer within the organisation

- Analyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient solutions through process optimization and customization
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, perform error analysis, troubleshoot SAP FI/CO-related issues and coordinate with external service providers

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the drafting, review and basic negotiation of commercial agreements (e.g., supply, service, NDAs, distribution) under the guidance of senior team members
- Assist in providing legal advice to internal stakeholders on contractual and compliance matters
- Contribute to ensuring adherence to applicable laws, internal policies and company guidelines
- Support the contract lifecycle process, including document preparation, tracking, filing and follow-up with internal functions
- Assist the legal team in business development and commercial initiatives through research, document preparation and basic training support
- Help identify potential contractual risks and escalate them to senior colleagues when needed
- Contribute to maintaining and updating templates, playbooks and standard documentation

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure proper setup, maintenance, and governance of master data records (customer, supplier, material, product, and further domains as defined)
- Define and enforce master data quality standards and governance processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability
- Monitor and report on master data quality KPIs; drive corrective and preventive actions
- Design, implement, and optimize business processes directly related to master data, ensuring end-to-end efficiency and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Ensure cross-application process alignment across ERP, CRM, PLM, and other platforms
- Collaborate with business units and IT to align master data and process requirements with organizational needs
- Support strategic program planning (e.g., ERP, CRM), ensuring data and process readiness and ensure master data quality readiness for the running SAP implementation project
- Drive continuous improvement in master data management and data-driven processes through automation, analytics, and best practices
