  • Betrieb aller Applikationen des Unternehmens durch Implementierung unternehmensweiter Standards und Richtlinien
  •  Sicherstellung der Ausrichtung dieser Standards an der allgemeinen IT-Strategie und den Unternehmenszielen
  • Definition und Implementierung der mit dem IT-Management abgestimmten Anwendungsstrategie
  • Umsetzung der Softwareimplementierungen: Bereichsspezifische Erstellung von technischen Spezifikationen, Zeitplänen und Kostenschätzungen, Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Projektfristen
  • Laufende Bewertung und Überwachung der Organisationseinheit durch Trendanalysen und technologisches Scouting
  • Verantwortung über die Führung der Organisationseinheit 
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage the IT applications team, providing guidance, support and development opportunities
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of software applications to ensure that they meet business requirements and align with the company's objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their application needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Ensure that all applications are running smoothly, are regularly updated and meet security and compliance standards
  • Secure that the organization has strong systems analysis and project management skills and the ability to execute business-critical projects
  • Implement the most appropriate and effective IT organizational design to support and engage with the business
  • Help determine capital investment parameters, priorities and risks for enterprise-wide IT initiatives to maximize the return on investment
Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst
  • Lebenszyklusmanagement von Anwendungen: Analyse, Konfiguration, Test, Bereitstellung und Dokumentation unter Berücksichtigung von Autorisierungsstrategien, Sicherheitsmodellen und dem Lebenszyklus der Inhalte der verschiedenen Anwendungen
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Leistung der unterstützten Systeme
  • Support, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung unserer SharePoint-Umgebung, Microsoft 365 und der damit verbundenen Tools (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform)
  • Analyse, Design und Implementierung von Anforderungen in der SharePoint-Umgebung
  • Kontrolle und Koordination von SharePoint-Projekten und -Migrationen
  • Entwicklung von Workflows und Automatisierungen (z. B. Power Automate)
  • 1st-Level-Support für Unternehmensnutzer und Schnittstelle zu externen Dienstleistern
  • Kontinuierliche Beratung von Unternehmensbereichen und Business Stakeholdern zur optimalen Nutzung von Anwendungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen aus der gesamten Abteilung "Informationstechnologie", um die Weiterentwicklung, Integration und Leistung der Anwendungen sicherzustellen
  • Dokumentation und Schulung der Endbenutzer

  • Strategic business partnership: Provide financial advice and support to decision makers as a strategic sparring partner, promoting cost awareness and efficiency across the supply chain
  • Planning/Forecasting: Support production, logistics, and procurement in operational planning and forecasting, ensuring high-quality and timely planning
  • Analysis and Control: Conduct variance analyses, communicate significant deviations, and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Reporting: Ensure timely and high-quality reporting with actionable insights from key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Process Improvement: Optimization and continuous development of relevant processes and tools within Operations Controlling to ensure efficient resource utilization
Your Tasks
  • Empower and Engage the Customer & Sales Support team (9 people)
  • Responsible for delivering excellent services
  • Responsible for relationship management with international distribution partners
  • Strategic development of process and technology, to deliver key service outcomes, proactive driver for change and digitalization
  • Finalize automation of order to cash operations and activate inside sales team
  • Execution, support and implementation of long-term projects
  • Ensure transparent and efficient flow of information between external and internal customers
  • Identification and lead of continuous improvement projects
  • Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Your responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic initiatives in production, technology, logistics, and digitization, actively driving advancements in these areas
  • Acquire comprehensive expertise in business operations and value-added production processes, emphasizing critical interfaces
  • Contribute to continuous process optimization by means of appropriate analyses and integration of measures
  • Lead diverse projects across multiple plants, collaborating within interdisciplinary teams to ensure successful outcomes
  • Play a key role in the development, training, and onboarding of technical and production personnel
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the overall SAP system landscape, including installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of SAP systems (e.g. ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, PI/PO)
  • Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, enhancement packages and patches, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations
  • Regularly monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement performance tuning measures to ensure optimal system operation
  • Ensure regular system backups, system security and develop disaster recovery plans to maintain high availability and business continuity for critical systems
  • Manage the SAP transport system and coordinate transports across the SAP landscape, ensuring smooth deployment of changes and updates in development, quality and production environments
  • Administer SAP databases, including performance monitoring, capacity planning, backups and troubleshooting database-related issues (Oracle, HANA, etc.)
  • Design and plan SAP system landscapes, including high availability, disaster recovery setups and cloud integrations, ensuring scalability and reliability
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP Basis-related issues, including system outages, performance problems and configuration errors
  • Use tools such as SAP Solution Manager to proactively monitor, alert and report on the health of SAP systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures and best practices
