YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design a comprehensive employer branding action plan that aligns with Alpitronic’s strategic business and HR goals
- Act as a central point of contact for all employer branding activities, ensuring close collaboration with key internal stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Marketing, Communications, and Leadership
- Facilitate cross-departmental alignment to ensure consistent messaging, shared ownership of the employer brand, and the integration of branding efforts into broader business and people strategies
- Collaborate closely with HR and Marketing to enhance Alpitronic’s visibility and consistency across all talent touchpoints, including job platforms, career website and landing pages, LinkedIn and other social media channels and employer review platforms
- Identify and empower employees who embody Alpitronic’s values to act as brand ambassadors, by developing engagement formats such as ambassador programs, internal campaigns and storytelling workshops

Deine Herausforderungen
- Konzeption, Planung, Organisation und Erstellung von Videointerviews, Verkaufs-Videos, Produkt- und Tutorialvideos oder Testimonialvideos bei unseren internationalen Hotelkunden
- Filmen und Fotografieren des Teams zur Stärkung der ADDITIVE Employer Brand (Testimonialvideos, Corporate Shootings, Mitarbeiterevents)
- Kontinuierliche Erstellung von Bildmaterial, kurzen Videos und Reels für unsere Social-Media-Profile (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok und LinkedIn) sowie für unsere beiden Corporate Webseiten (einerseits für die Unternehmensseite additive.eu, andererseits für die Karriereseite people-culture.additive.eu)
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Visual Content bei ADDITIVE

DEINE AUFGABEN:
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Marketing- & Social-Media-Inhalten
- Eigenständige Textherstellung für Marketingmaterialien, Kataloge und die Webseite
- Übersetzung von Texten zwischen Deutsch und Italienisch
- Erstellung von Text- und Grafikcontent für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle
- Gestaltung, Umsetzung und Versand von Newslettern sowie Betreuung von Aktionen und Kampagnen
- Mitarbeit bei der Organisation von Events
- Bürowirtschaftliche Abläufe
- Termine koordinieren und schriftliche Korrespondenz bearbeiten
