YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources (e.g. LifeCycle, ServiceMax) to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like e.g. Power BI, Excel
- Analyze data trends and patterns to support business decisions and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management
- Ensure data governance and compliance with internal and external standards
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests and provide data-driven recommendations
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field
- Certifications in data analytics tools or platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Analytics, SQL, Python) are advantageous
- Proven experience in designing and developing dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data privacy standards
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent knowledge of English, Italian and/or German as an advantage
