Global Online Sales Assistant (m/w/d)

Join our Online Sales department! As an Online Sales Assistant you will be the main point of contact for colleagues in the markets, assisting with daily tasks and issues related to the online shops.

Your responsibilities:

• Providing on-site support to markets before, during and after launches
• Act as a sparing partner for developing and testing enhancements
• Provide support for all launches, migrations and relaunches
• Content management for our various web shops
• Act as a strategic thinker to support the different aspects of our e-commerce operations

Your profile

• High school or bachelor's degree in economics or a related field
• Have a keen interest in the digital marketplace and a technical proficiency
• Willingness to travel to support our local teams and ensure seamless operations
• Fluency in English and proficiency in German and/or Italian
