Your responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and optimize SQL Servers
- Provide support, troubleshoot common issues and monitor SQL Server environment
- Contribute to the administration of windows server and azure infrastructure
- Participate in daily IT operations
- Document IT configurations and procedures

- Oversee statutory consolidation and ensure accurate intercompany reconciliations
- Ensure timely filing of statutory financial statements and compliance with regulations
- Align statutory and managerial reporting; coordinate audits at Group and local level

Your responsibilities:
- Collaboration in the supervision and governance of the subsidiaries abroad in all financial and administrative matters
- Support local Head of Finance in financial and administrative activities
- Monitor the performance of the business units and collaborate in the preparation of business cases
- Ensure consistent, high quality monthly and annual reporting in coordination with the local finance teams and external consultants
- Implementation of group standards of finance processes
- Support and collaboration in M&A projects (pre- and post-signing as well as Business Planning and Integration)
- Execution of regular internal audits in the respective subsidiaries
