  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Operations Controlling team, providing structure and guidance, focusing on the personal and professional development of all team members
  • Strategic business partnership: Provide financial advice and support to decision makers as a strategic sparring partner, promoting cost awareness and efficiency across the supply chain
  • Planning/Forecasting: Support production, logistics, and procurement in operational planning and forecasting, ensuring high-quality and timely planning
  • Analysis and Control: Conduct variance analyses, communicate significant deviations, and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Reporting: Ensure timely and high-quality reporting with actionable insights from key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Process Improvement: Optimization and continuous development of relevant processes and tools within Operations Controlling to ensure efficient resource utilization
Your Tasks
  • Empower and Engage the Customer & Sales Support team (9 people)
  • Responsible for delivering excellent services
  • Responsible for relationship management with international distribution partners
  • Strategic development of process and technology, to deliver key service outcomes, proactive driver for change and digitalization
  • Finalize automation of order to cash operations and activate inside sales team
  • Execution, support and implementation of long-term projects
  • Ensure transparent and efficient flow of information between external and internal customers
  • Identification and lead of continuous improvement projects
  • Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Your tasks
  • Managing projects in all phases: definition, planning, execution, control and completion
  • Organizing project tasks and defining priorities for international projects
  • Supervising and organizing different teams throughout the project lifespan
  • Development, introduction, and improvement of customized project management processes and guidelines at a corporate level
  • Facilitating cooperation, communication and productivity within the team and the company
Tasks & responsibilities
  • Develop seasonal product line/matrix following the brands strategic briefing
  • Prepare the business plan proposal (product concept, price positioning, target costs, features, sales potential, promotion and communication)
  • Define detailed product brief (feature, design, functionality, costs and quality) to brief the Product Division (Design, R&D etc.) with clear vision on USP within the collection and compared to benchmark
  • Analyze and interpret sales data through feedback and information collected on field
  • Understand sales, margin, turns, and merchandising requirements of buyers and key accounts. Digest and analyze data from sell-through reports
  • Analyze competitors (product, price, activity) as well as market needs and identify future trends in close collaboration with the brand, developing contacts with proper focus groups
  • Debrief R&D and Design Team regularly and build and maintain intradepartmental relationships with all functional areas and ensure alignment on product brief
  • Be the owner of the line plan and product brief by permanently monitoring the product brief with all stakeholders to keep gates and timings
  • Translation of (technical) Product USP’s into Product Marketing/Communication starting from sell-in tools (product description, workbook/website content, presentations,) to Sell-out (POS Tools, Techbook, product trainings, etc.) in collaboration with the Marketing Team. Insert and update product specific information in the relevant database.
  • Present product strategy and explain product features during sales meetings and other internal meetings to increase product know how
  • Market visits for presentation, relationship building with key stakeholders and trend/market research
  • Assist in meetings with key accounts and strategic dealers
  • Define and achieve contribution targets by monitoring cost of products
  • Work with the Development and Testing department to optimize process and outcome of lab- and field tests
  • Organize and manage focus groups and test teams for field tests
  • Align on a regular base with other product groups following Dynafit’s ONE SYSTEM strategy  
Your responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic initiatives in production, technology, logistics, and digitization, actively driving advancements in these areas
  • Acquire comprehensive expertise in business operations and value-added production processes, emphasizing critical interfaces
  • Contribute to continuous process optimization by means of appropriate analyses and integration of measures
  • Lead diverse projects across multiple plants, collaborating within interdisciplinary teams to ensure successful outcomes
  • Play a key role in the development, training, and onboarding of technical and production personnel
