- Perform complex troubleshooting, upgrades and commissioning tasks across global locations
- Provide on-site support for special customer cases, pilot installations and escalated technical issues

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate product and process requirements into clear equipment specifications
- Develop scalable automation and packaging concepts in collaboration with process engineers, product developers, and operations
- Prepare detailed technical specifications and RFQs for new machinery and automation systems
- Define functional, safety, and interface requirements (e.g., MES, traceability, safety standards)
- Lead equipment projects from concept through commissioning (budget, schedule, quality)
- Validate equipment performance against defined KPIs and quality requirements
- Monitor equipment performance and initiate upgrades or process optimizations

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor chargers performance using collected field data to proactively identify and resolve issues, particularly during product launch phases
- Apply systematic troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues with the chargers in customer applications, like:
- Data mining using corporate tools
- Analysis of system logs and specific data collection
- Performance of tests to reproduce, isolate and address the issues
- Work with all the development teams to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Provide guidance to data analysts and scientists on the strategic direction of their activities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and troubleshoot software performance and functionality on test systems
- Investigate, diagnose, and independently resolve smaller software-related problems
- Act as the first point of contact for test system software users
- Support users with guidance and documentation on system usage and known issues
- Analyze test system data (e.g., error logs, test cycle times, performance KPIs) to identify trends and root causes
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or software anomalies from operational data
- Create structured and detailed change requests for larger software enhancements or bug fixes
- Maintain clear documentation on known issues, applied fixes, software versions, and best practices
- Ensure adherence to internal standards and procedures for software changes and updates

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take the lead in designing and developing C#/.NET software for our EV charger test system suites
- Collaborate closely with system engineers and embedded developers to analyse and define test requirements, ensuring they are aligned with hardware and software specifications
- Define and govern the software architecture to drive the development of reusable libraries and frameworks, ensuring robustness, scalability and long-term maintainability
- Design and optimise user-friendly operator interfaces to streamline test execution, improve productivity and efficiency, and reduce human error.
- Oversee software commissioning to ensure smooth deployment and integration with hardware, as well as full functionality in the testing environment
- Provide technical support, debugging and validation for test systems, troubleshooting complex hardware–software interaction issues throughout the development and production phases
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by adopting new methodologies, tools and technologies to advance software quality, performance and automation capabilities
- Promote best practices in software development, testing and documentation

- Elicit and document software requirements based on customer needs, industry standards and internal product strategies
