YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse the current security posture of the organization and monitor network traffic
- Defend the digital assets of the company against cyber-attacks and other potential internal and/or external threats
- Detect anomalous threats and respond to security incidents
- Perform risk assessment analysis, by identifying vulnerabilities that could be exploited by malicious attackers, to proactively anticipate and prevent cyber-attacks
- Investigate and resolve security incidents, by taking measures to address deficiencies and vulnerabilities along with recommendations for improvement to mitigate and eliminate risk
- Develop security protocols, standards and policies, as well as disaster recovery plans and conducting security audits
- Monitoring security breaches and conduct Digital footprint analysis
- Running network tests and testing firewalls, creating patches or implementing new protocols as required to ensure that all defences are effective
- Ensure that all security software is configured, monitored and audited and that security tools are running properly

YOUR TASKS
- Continuously improve security related software and services to prevent threats
- Conduct risk assessments, review solution designs, and embed security throughout the project lifecycle
- Cooperate closely with the IT Infrastructure team to maximize IT services’ security, resilience, and availability
- Engineer and operate key security controls: identity & access, PAM, EDR/XDR, SIEM/SOAR, DLP, email/web security, vulnerability management
- Implement Zero Trust principles (least privilege, MFA/conditional access, segmentation)
- Support alignment with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, NIS2, and contribute to ISMS documentation and audits
- Map, implement, and improve CIS Controls v8 safeguards
- Collaborate with the SOC for incident response, tuning, threat hunting, and continuous improvement
- Participate to on-duty-call service
- Perform security related activities up to 20% of the total time out of business hours

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualize, plan and produce high-quality video and photo content for various purposes, including product and corporate videos, training and educational material, social media content and internal communications and event coverage
- Operate and maintain professional camera, lighting and audio equipment to ensure the highest production standards
- Independently manage the entire production workflow, from pre-production to filming and post-production
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Service Academy and HR to ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand identity and strategic communication objectives
- Organize, archive and maintain digital media assets to ensure efficient access, proper tagging and version control
- Continuously explore and implement new visual formats, technologies, and storytelling approaches to enhance brand engagement

- Additional and further development of internal and external web applications in an agile development process
- Consulting to the specialised departments on the design of digital services
- Contact person for questions on individual software products within digitalisation projects
- Active promotion of best practices for high quality software development, including the Clean Code and SOLID principles, code reviews, TDD, etc.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical leadership for Alpitronic's power electronics development
- Develop new generation power electronics, such as new switching topologies, introduction of new power semiconductors and new gate driver circuits
- Develop innovative and cost-optimised power electronics, maximising power density (power semiconductors, magnetics and capacitors)
- Lead the debugging of newly developed power electronic boards and assemblies
- Lead field return analyses for power electronics

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Perform complex troubleshooting, upgrades and commissioning tasks across global locations
- Provide on-site support for special customer cases, pilot installations and escalated technical issues
- Support international service teams through targeted interventions and expertise sharing
- Deliver remote technical guidance to our Field Service Technicians via phone, video call and digital tools
- Contribute to internal training programs and help shape hands-on learning experiences for new Technicians
- Collaborate on strategic projects, including prototype testing, product enhancements and process optimization
