YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Being in charge of maintaining client relationships and ensuring the fulfillment of their needs
  • Providing regular updates on service delivery and responding to client inquiries and concerns
  • Managing service delivery budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that costs are kept within budget
  • Overseeing the efforts of different teams to ensure that the services are delivered efficiently and on time
  • Tracking and monitoring services performance, by defining and implementing key performance indicators
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as required, to ensure the continued development and efficiency of the department based on industry and market trends
  • Guaranteeing compliance with service level agreements and that the services provided meet the required quality standards
  • Building and maintaining high-performing teams, providing guidance and coaching 
Tasks & responsibilities
  • Order and clients data entry in the ERP system
  • Contact person for clients and Sales Representatives regarding orders for example availabilities, order state, checking orders
  • Collaboration with the logistic department for deliveries
  • Collaboration with the credit management and Invoicing department and Sales Manager
  • Handling of claims and information requests coming from clients
  • Be the main day to day contact for retailers– before and after sales – taking into account and managing their requests
  • Support the team with expert advice regarding Quintet, B2B service Portal, Navision/ERP, EDI, Block/Optional Orders and Sales Evaluation optimization
  • Support of dealers with product information and explanation  
Your responsibilities:
  • Monitoring stocks, scheduling, controlling, and medium-to-long-term planning of production plans on a global level
  • Continuous collaboration with other Supply Chain Planners and local managers of the plants
  • Direct or indirect management of the procurement of production materials in terms of quantity and time
  • Active participation in development projects of external production facilities and internal SCM projects
Tasks and responsibilities
  • Lead annual appraisals, setting goals together with the Customer Operations Manager, employee motivation, vacation and assignment planning, coordination of the tasks
  • Be in charge to collect feedback/opinions from his team regarding all topics, to filter them and report them to the Customer Operations Manager
  • Order and clients data entry in the ERP system

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze and prioritize global demands, including service requests, managing shortages to achieve the best overall result
  • Coordinate and track intercompany orders to guarantee timely delivery; liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers
  • Manage and support bottleneck situations and capacity constraints from supplier through to production line
  • Support production planning prioritization to minimize bottleneck impact; assist in defining new delivery dates and customer communication
  • Assist in coordination of transportation and delivery schedules
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks and generate regular management reports
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production planning, material disposition, and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment and product availability
  • Support risk management by identifying potential supply chain risks and assisting in developing mitigation strategies
Your responsibilities:
  • Providing on-site support to markets before, during and after launches
  • Act as a sparing partner for developing and testing enhancements
  • Provide support for all launches, migrations and relaunches
  • Content management for our various web shops
  • Act as a strategic thinker to support the different aspects of our e-commerce operations
Your responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the hybrid IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud systems
  • Implement and manage Docker containers and orchestration with Kubernetes
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation
  • Planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects
  • Second level support for handling issues in a manufacturing environment
  • Document system configurations and operational procedures

  • Accepting and processing orders from our export markets and controlling the process up to the delivery of the goods

  • Design, adaptation and validation of our software meeting customer-specific requirements
  • Customization and commissioning of our scanning optimization solutions in the production line directly on the field
  • Development and implementation of software for new machine functions such as computer vision and UX/UI design
  • Collaboration in all Project phases: start, testing, delivery, commissioning and optimization of the software
  • Cooperation with our Customer Support and Sales department in the definition of specific software requirements
  • Preparation of software documentation

  • Ensure transparent and efficient flow of information between external and internal customers
  • Identification and lead of continuous improvement projects
  • Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
  • Integrate and maintain logistics concepts within the ERP system (SAP)
  • Support SAP integration projects related to logistics processes
  • Control and monitor logistics processes across SCM, intralogistics, inbound, and outbound logistics
  • Lead digitalization initiatives and support Industry 4.0 implementation
  • Translate logistics planning concepts into operational processes
  • Define, track, and analyze logistics KPIs (e.g. internal delivery times, transportation costs, inventory accuracy, inventory turnover, ABC/XYZ analysis)
  • Collaborate closely with Logistics/Process Planning and Production Managers
  • Implement and monitor concepts for warehouse operations, transport, material flow, and provisioning
  • Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and suppliers to optimize supply chain performance
