  • Als erste Anlaufstelle bearbeitest du technische Anfragen und Störungen – telefonisch oder über unser Ticket-System
  • Mit deinem technischen Know-how gehst du Problemen auf den Grund und sorgst für eine effiziente Behebung
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen findest du auch für komplexe Herausforderungen Lösungen
  • Für unsere automatisierte Kundenkommunikation erstellst du technische Dokumentationen und Anleitungen
  • Du erstellst Ersatzteilangebote und sorgst für eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung
Position Overview
  • Provide technical support and guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and usage of our 3D scanners
  • Create and maintain customer-facing documentation, guides, and FAQs
  • Monitor live systems and proactively identify issues or areas for improvement
  • Diagnose hardware/software issues and coordinate resolutions with engineers
 Your tasks
  • Customer support, providing help to our customers through various channels (phone calls, e-mails)
  • Problem analysis and technical troubleshooting
  • Remote Support, but also on-site intervention when necessary
  • Management of clients requests, playing a liaison role with other internal technical departments
  • Executions of onsite maintenance operations and trainings at the customer factories
Your tasks
  • Management of the live demo process at the company's showrooms, including the preparation of the machines according to customer requirements
  • Study of the product from a technical, mechanical, and functional point of view
  • Management of the feasibility process of projects in the evaluation phase by providing direct technical support to colleagues in the Internal Sales and Sales departments
  • Development and adaption of software to customer requirements at the PoC stage
  • Continued study of target markets, understanding their requirements, specifications, and characteristics
  • Preparation of technical documentation
  • Support in the transformation of customer requirements into customised solutions
  • Collaboration with customers and OEM partners on a global level, as well as the company's Sales and Product Management teams
  • Possible active participation in trade fair events

  • Aktives Schnittstellen-Management: Koordination und Dokumentation von Schnittstellen-Anbindungen sowie Kommunikation mit Partnern
     
  • Entwicklung einer zukunftsweisenden Support-Strategie: Konzeptionierung und Implementierung innovativer Prozesse zur effizienten Bearbeitung komplexer Support-Tickets, von der ersten Analyse bis zur finalen Lösung
     
  • Schulungen und Optimierungen: dank deiner Hilfe werden die ersten Ansprechpartner unserer Kunden bestmöglich auf Anfragen vorbereitet und finden selbst Support-Lösungen 
     
  • Technische Analyse, Fehlersuche und Optimierung von E-Mail-Setups (z.B. DNS, Zustellbarkeit)
Your responsibilities:
  • Manage sales forecasting for assigned markets
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales teams to monitor sales performance and coordinate any exceptional events that impact demand
  • Take the lead in resolving stock level issues by coordinating with Customer Service, Sales, and the Planning team, aiming to minimize cost impact
  • Contribute to projects involving new product launches and the relaunch of existing products
Your tasks
  • Design, adaptation and validation of our software meeting customer-specific requirements
  • Customization and commissioning of our scanning optimization solutions in the production line directly on the field
  • Development and implementation of software for new machine functions such as computer vision and UX/UI design
  • Collaboration in all Project phases: start, testing, delivery, commissioning and optimization of the software
  • Cooperation with our Customer Support and Sales department in the definition of specific software requirements
  • Preparation of software documentation
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in Italy, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling products and services, as well as to acquire new customers within the region
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and support overall business planning efforts
  • Drive revenue growth, ensure market share and successfully introduce products and services
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide them commercial and technical support, addressing their needs effectively
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Team and generate market reports to support the decision-making process, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts
  • Generate forecasts and reports, by tracking performance, identify areas for improvement and monitor market trends
  • Represent Alpitronic at trade fairs, events and congresses
