YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take full ownership of subsystems involving human-machine interfaces (e.g. displays and input/output interfaces) and communication devices (e.g. PLC modems and radio equipment)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for component and subsystem suppliers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of HMIs and communication subsystems into the overall charging solution
  • Support validation planning and evaluate results to verify system functionality and compliance with technical and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and assess the latest advancements in key technologies and components to drive continuous improvement and innovation
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the development and implementation of a global digital marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads
  • Continuously optimize the corporate website in terms of usability, design, functionality and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Manage and further develop all digital communication channels
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Affairs to shape and implement the social media strategy
  • Plan, create and coordinate target group-specific content in cooperation with internal departments and external partners
  • Evaluate digital marketing initiatives based on defined KPIs and relevant analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Social Media Insights)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead strategic and operational automation initiatives across assembly, material flow, testing, and information systems
  • Define and execute the company-wide automation roadmap aligned with corporate goals in efficiency, quality, and digitalization
  • Manage project portfolio including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Specify automation concepts with internal and external stakeholders
  • Functionally lead a cross-disciplinary team (project engineers, PLC programmers, automation specialists)
  • Collaborate with CoCs, IT/Digitalization, Production, and R&D for system implementation and MES integration
  • Monitor progress, risks, and KPIs of automation projects
  • Standardize automation solutions and scout new technologies
  • Ensure successful handover of solutions to serial production
Your responsibilities:
  • Monitoring stocks, scheduling, controlling, and medium-to-long-term planning of production plans on a global level
  • Continuous collaboration with other Supply Chain Planners and local managers of the plants
  • Direct or indirect management of the procurement of production materials in terms of quantity and time
  • Active participation in development projects of external production facilities and internal SCM projects

  • Successfully implement EV communication interfaces and maintain the code base for various charging standards (MCS, CCS, NACS, GB/T, CHAdeMO and AC)

  • Lead and monitor the qualification process of charging cables for existing and new products from prototype testing to introduction in the serial production
  • Create models and lead the implementation for the functions related to the operation of the charging cables and cooling units 
  • Keep track of the latest technical developments and advances for charging cables and cooling units
  • Lead the communication and exchange towards the suppliers of the subsystems (charging cables and cooling units)
  • Be the contact person within the company for all high level questions on charging cables and cooling units (especially for R&D, quality dept and production)
