Tasks and responsibilities
• Support in the coordination of structural renovation works and new store openings from a quality and safety perspective • Assist in the procurement of furniture and the management to ensure that workplaces are prepared in time • Support in the collaboration with internal departments and external service provider • Organize all activities related to safety courses in close collaboration with the Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP) • Help to manage and control maintenance work in all our locations and organize the collaboration with the various craftsman. • Help to manage and resolve daily problems and provide support for them

Your responsibilities:
- Support of the management team as an internal consultant and a sparring partner
- Elaboration of internal and external reports
- Ensure target-oriented management for our production department
- Responsibility for the timely completion and correct output of the controlling processes
- Coordination of the planning and forecast process with operative focus on the production controlling part including the used tools
- Collaboration in improvement and automation projects
- Collection and development of proposals for the improvement of controlling processes and tools
- Supervision of compliance of the group’s production processes with global standards

- Du arbeitest an der Finanzplanung, Budgetierung und dem Forecasting mit und stellst sicher, dass alle gesetzlichen und internen Richtlinien eingehalten werden.
- Du entwickelst und pflegst Finanz- und Controlling-Instrumente.
- Du überwachst Kosten, Erträge, Investitionen und die Liquidität und unterstützt bei der Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen.
- Du bereitest Rentabilitätsberechnungen vor, z.B. im Rahmen von Investitionsprojekten wie der Realisierung neuer Gebäude am NOI.
- Du unterstützt bei Jahresabschlüssen und Audits, z.B. der Raumnebenkostenabrechnung der Gebäude des NOI Techparks oder bei der Prüfung von Berechnungen für die Bilanzerstellung.
- Du bringst dich in die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen ein.
