As an intern you will support our Entrance Hall & Accounting Team during the summer months (June - August). You will get a 360° overview of the financial accounting with all the various administrative tasks and be the first contact person for our guests and partners.
Tasks & responsibilities
Assist in the reception of visitors (customers, business partners, internal employees)
Assist the financial accounting department in posting all transactions as they occur
Support in the creation of customer master data in the ERP system
Assist in the management of travel expense reports
Support in the communication with external persons
Help to manage stationery and company cars
Support in administrative tasks
Profile
University student or degree in economics or in a similar field
Previous experience in accounting, administration will be considered as a plus
Excellent German/Italian skills and good English Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
