Your tasks
  • Strengthening the relationship with customers and act as a primary point of contact for our existing customers in the wood industry - from the first system installation to long-term cooperation
  • Conducting regular customer meetings to gather their feedback, identify customer needs and collect feedback on product performance, for internal sharing
  • You will maintain customer contact throughout service activities, staying up to date and coordinating closely with service management
  • Keeping an eye on key figures by regularly collecting and analysing relevant KPIs to identify opportunities and challenges at an early stage
  • Analysing project success/outcomes, you will stay informed about completed projects and conduct structured feedback discussions with customers to drive continuous improvement. 
Your Tasks
  • Empower and Engage the Customer & Sales Support team (9 people)
  • Responsible for delivering excellent services
  • Responsible for relationship management with international distribution partners
  • Strategic development of process and technology, to deliver key service outcomes, proactive driver for change and digitalization
  • Finalize automation of order to cash operations and activate inside sales team
  • Execution, support and implementation of long-term projects
  • Ensure transparent and efficient flow of information between external and internal customers
  • Identification and lead of continuous improvement projects
  • Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Tasks and responsibilities
  • Lead annual appraisals, setting goals together with the Customer Operations Manager, employee motivation, vacation and assignment planning, coordination of the tasks
  • Be in charge to collect feedback/opinions from his team regarding all topics, to filter them and report them to the Customer Operations Manager
  • Order and clients data entry in the ERP system
  • Contact-person for clients and Sales Representatives regarding orders for example availabilities, order state, etc.
  • Collaborate with the logistic department regarding deliveries as well as the Credit Management department and Sales Managers
  • Handling of claims and information requests coming from clients as well as from consumers and distributors
  • Be the main day to day contact for retailers– before and after sales – taking into account and managing their requests involving the correct people into the organization
  • Support the Customer Operations team with expert advice regarding Quintet, B2B service Portal, Navision/ERP, EDI, Block/Optional Orders and Sales Evaluation optimization
  • Help dealers with product information and explanation
Position Overview
  • Own and manage the post-sales customer relationship lifecycle.
  • Onboard new clients and coordinate scan projects and deliveries.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Track and improve client engagement, adoption, and satisfaction.
  • Proactively resolve issues and align internal teams to customer needs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and uncover upsell opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • Maintain documentation and share customer insights to inform product development

  • Organisation of projects in all phases: definition, planning, implementation, controlling and completion
  • Structuring of project tasks and setting of priorities among international projects
  • Supervision and organisation of various teams throughout the project lifespan
  • Coordination of resources to ensure an efficient allocation and an optimal and constant availability
  • Promotion of cooperation, communication and productivity within the team and the company
  • Building and maintenance of customer relationships during the implementation and installation of MiCROTEC solutions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, maintain, and strategically develop long-term relationships with key international accounts in the label sector.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Durst-related topics, from negotiations to project implementation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Service, Ink, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Develop customized pricing and discount models in collaboration with the Sales Director.
  • Use Durst Analytics and other tools to monitor customer performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Tasks and responsibilities

•    Support in the coordination of structural renovation works and new store openings from a quality and safety perspective •    Assist in the procurement of furniture and the management to ensure that workplaces are prepared in time •    Support in the collaboration with internal departments and external service provider •    Organize all activities related to safety courses in close collaboration with the Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP) •    Help to manage and control maintenance work in all our locations and organize the collaboration with the various craftsman. •    Help to manage and resolve daily problems and provide support for them
