Position Overview
As our HR Generalist, you'll manage the day-to-day HR operations: payroll, compliance, HR Information Systems, and all employee-related processes. You'll do this as we grow from 25 to 50+ employees through 2026.
This means coordinating with external partners like payroll providers and accountants, ensuring compliance with Italian labor law, implementing new HR systems, and building scalable processes from scratch. You'll autonomously manage daily HR operations and be responsible for everything from employment contracts and time tracking systems to workplace safety documentation.
This isn't entry-level, but it's a growth opportunity - a role where you'll build the foundation and shape how HR operations work at ALLSIDES as we scale.

Qualifications
- 2-4 years of HR experience with payroll, compliance, or HR operations
- Experience with HR systems
- Knowledge of German, Italian, and English
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-starter mentality
Nice to Have:
- International experience
- Familiarity with South Tyrolean labor market
- Understanding of tech company culture and dynamics
