- Set goals, KPIs, and budgets, ensuring cost control and optimization for digital initiatives
- Lead development and integration of digital platforms and tools (websites, apps, marketing automation, loyalty programs)
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and implement initiatives to boost traffic, engagement, and retention
- Harmonize platforms and processes across the global digital ecosystem for efficiency and quality
- Deliver insights and reporting via dashboards on performance and digital asset health for internal stakeholders
- Build strong collaboration networks with local subsidiaries and global business units; facilitate knowledge sharing
- Manage teams and vendors, leading ~10 people and ensuring timely, budget-compliant project deli

- Management of logistics service providers
- Development and analysis of key logistics performance indicators
- Daily coordination with logistics partners to ensure smooth operations
- Organization of international shipments
- Towards the subsidiaries of the Dr. Schär Group
- For our Export markets reaching nearly every corner of the globe, ensuring compliance and excellence in the service
- Project management: contributing to initiatives focused on efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Green Logistics: contributing to forward-looking research and initiatives aimed at reducing CO₂ emissions and enhancing sustainability across our logistic network
- Interface between different actors within and outside the company along the value chain

- Oversee statutory consolidation and ensure accurate intercompany reconciliations
- Ensure timely filing of statutory financial statements and compliance with regulations
- Align statutory and managerial reporting; coordinate audits at Group and local level
