YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

  • Coordinate all FMEA related activities (design, process) during the product development process (CP2) but also the continuous updates of documents within serial production (e.g. control plans)
  • Monitor status of defined measures within the different FMEAs
  • Support pro-actively the engineering process (CP2) and the production process (CP3) as well as related sub processes activities in regards to quality risk mitigation

  • Monitor chargers performance using collected field data to proactively identify and resolve issues, particularly during product launch phases

    • Analysis of system logs and specific data collection
    • Performance of tests to reproduce, isolate and address the issues

    ERP/MES architects, supply chain management, purchasing, quality and facility management
  • Responsible for planning, executing and controlling the industrialization project within the designated timeline and budget, including project reporting and stakeholder management
  • Coordination of process planning, which includes definition of the value stream (process, material and information flow), PFMEA/control plan, specification and selection of assembly and test equipment and planning of production layout / infrastructure
