YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- International Customer management
- Full responsibility for the Order-to-Cash process (from order management to invoicing and complaint management)
- Creation of customs documentation
- Sales administrative related activities (e.g. marketability, reports)
- Suggest and work on improvements to become best in class
- Monitor and optimize operational performance KPIs
- Regular interfaces with the sales team, logistics, marketing and finance department as well as production planning

Aufgaben im Detail:
- Planung der von Drittunternehmen durchgeführten internationalen Transporte.
- Einholung von Angeboten bei verschiedenen Logistikunternehmen und Vergabe von Transportaufträgen.
- Überwachung der Transporte sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Lieferterminen
