YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Management of Electric/Electromechanical Components suppliers, including identifying potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, and selecting the most suitable
- Negotiation of contracts with Electric/Electromechanical Components suppliers to establish advantageous terms, conditions, prices, and other contractual obligations. This involves leveraging market knowledge, conducting cost analyses, and ensuring compliance with legal and procurement guidelines
- Management of relationships with Electric/Electromechanical Components suppliers to ensure consistent performance and address any issues that may arise. This includes maintaining regular communication, monitoring supplier performance against defined metrics, and collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Successfully support the continuous product improvement process by analysing and improving HW components (field and production returns)
- Supporting 8D activities for design related issues with a focus on root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
- Diagnose electronic and electrical issues on returned units
- Work closely with the Repair & Analysis team to get a first indication of the cause of the fault
- Support the 8D's of R&D and design related issues, especially for root cause analysis
- Support the design & implementation of HW corrective actions
- Provide technical guidance to repair centres
- Verify application & effectiveness of countermeasures

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform technical analysis to resolve problems and provide solutions to our customers and Field Service Technicians
- Support the analysis of repetitive issues and determine their root causes and identifying appropriate solutions
- Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve complex electrical issues, ensuring the reliable operation of charging stations
- Identify upgrades and modifications to charging stations as needed, ensuring compliance with standards and performance requirements

- Define and execute global sourcing strategies for key commodity categories in alignment with company objectives
- Lead the global commodity management team, ensuring organizational effectiveness and continuous development
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and spend optimization
- Build and manage relationships with strategic suppliers to ensure long-term value and innovation
- Oversee the implementation of framework agreements, tools, and policies to support procurement strategy deployment
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify synergy opportunities and contribute to overall business strategy
- Ensure the alignment of commodity strategies with group-wide procurement and supply chain goals
- Develop team capabilities and support succession planning within the commodity management function
