YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage comprehensive supply chain plans that ensure alignment with production schedules, demand forecasts, and inventory targets
- Regularly assess inventory levels, production capacity, and lead times to optimize stock and reduce operational costs
- Work cross-functionally with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless material flow and product availability
- Identify and evaluate potential risks within the supply chain, including supplier issues, transportation delays, market changes and implement mitigation strategies
- Develop contingency plans and alternative sourcing options to reduce risk exposure and ensure continuity in supply
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of supply chain operations, such as order fulfillment, inventory turnover, and supplier performance
- Participate in continuous process improvement by analyzing existing workflows and suggesting process optimizations

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support, develop, and optimise SAP Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems
- Collaborate with business departments to analyze procurement, logistics and sales requirements, develop suitable SAP solutions and configure MM/SD modules accordingly
- Lead and participate in projects for SAP MM/SD implementation, optimisation and enhancement (e.g., rollouts, upgrades), while ensuring system stability and availability
- Analyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient solutions through process optimisation and customisation.
- Ensure effective integration of MM/SD processes with other SAP modules (FI/CO, PP, WM) and external systems
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, perform error analysis, troubleshoot SAP MM/SD-related issues and coordinate with external service providers
- Conduct end-user training, create documentation and manuals, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer within the organisation

- Management of Electric/Electromechanical Components suppliers, including identifying potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities, and selecting the most suitable
- Negotiation of contracts with Electric/Electromechanical Components suppliers to establish advantageous terms, conditions, prices, and other contractual obligations. This involves leveraging market knowledge, conducting cost analyses, and ensuring compliance with legal and procurement guidelines
- Management of relationships with Electric/Electromechanical Components suppliers to ensure consistent performance and address any issues that may arise. This includes maintaining regular communication, monitoring supplier performance against defined metrics, and collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives

- Define processes, forms, and work instructions related to fleet management
- Take responsibility for all company vehicles, including after-sales vans
- Identify changes in demand at an early stage and respond accordingly
- Coordinate maintenance, care, and repair activities for all vehicles
- Collaborate with the Indirect Purchasing team on vehicle procurement
