YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Searching and identifying competitive new suppliers in defined market or for specific scope (e.g. high strategic relevance, best cost countries…)
- Driving initial qualification of the new suppliers according to the requirements of department such as product quality management and engineering
- Support global sourcing department in contract negotiation and tender management by ensuring suppliers have the right capabilities and processes in place
- Develop, analyze key data and frame conditions such as customs regulations and regulatory requirements in specific supply markets
- Execution of supplier evaluations and supplier development activities together with internal cross-functions
- Responsible for maintenance and development of the company Supplier Development Tools
- Definition of action plans together with suppliers and internal cross-functions, ensuring fulfillment on the part of the suppliers
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Strong understanding of supply markets, sourcing strategies, and supplier management processes
- Experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supplier Development roles
- Familiarity with supplier performance metrics and cost analysis tools
- Knowledge of quality systems and tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D) is a plus
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations
- Proficient in data analysis, supplier scorecards, and ERP systems
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
