YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
  • Perform complex troubleshooting, upgrades and commissioning tasks across global locations
  • Provide on-site support for special customer cases, pilot installations and escalated technical issues
  • Support international service teams through targeted interventions and expertise sharing
  • Deliver remote technical guidance to our Field Service Technicians via phone, video call and digital tools
  • Contribute to internal training programs and help shape hands-on learning experiences for new Technicians
  • Collaborate on strategic projects, including prototype testing, product enhancements and process optimization
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Coordination and scheduling of our service technicians and external service partners
  • Planning and alignment of service operations directly with our customers
  • Close collaboration with our remote service team and the development department
  • Independent organization and follow-up of all service assignments
  • Planning and scheduling of annual inspections
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
  • Coordinate and manage service campaigns in close collaboration with internal teams and customers
  • Monitor campaign execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Ensure alignment with company standards and service objectives
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment
 Your tasks
  • Customer support, providing help to our customers through various channels (phone calls, e-mails)
  • Problem analysis and technical troubleshooting
  • Remote Support, but also on-site intervention when necessary
  • Management of clients requests, playing a liaison role with other internal technical departments
  • Executions of onsite maintenance operations and trainings at the customer factories
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor and report on the progress of important activities, projects, and initiatives
  • Organize and manage projects independently according to our fast-paced business environment
  • Support process mapping and performance measurement, aligning on metrics and working with service teams
  • Assist in the rollout of new service processes, including communication, training, and documentation
  • Take ownership of organizing meetings and ensuring the progress of action 
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to drive results and maintain communication
  • Identify and solve opportunities for improvement within the organization
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create product manuals and service instructions
  • Optimise the existing manuals
  • Manage other documentation & customer communications (e.g. newsletters, training content, product change notifications)
  • Work with content management systems
  • Perform linguistic & content reviews, liaising with translation agencies if required
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and implement software to extend the diagnostic capabilities of our products
  • Work closely with service engineers and technical support to understand their challenges
  • Extend existing systems to collect, analyse and visualise key performance data in real time using a metrics-based approach
  • Identify areas for improvement within existing diagnostic processes and iteratively refine software solutions
  • Writing clean, efficient and well-documented code that is easy to test, maintain and reuse
  • Write tests to maintain code quality and prevent regressions
  • Optimise applications for maximum performance and scalability
  • Troubleshoot and debug to improve applications and user experience
  • Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and software development best practices
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the development and implementation of a global digital marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads
  • Continuously optimize the corporate website in terms of usability, design, functionality and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Manage and further develop all digital communication channels
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Affairs to shape and implement the social media strategy
  • Plan, create and coordinate target group-specific content in cooperation with internal departments and external partners
  • Evaluate digital marketing initiatives based on defined KPIs and relevant analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Social Media Insights)
  • Oversee and ensure the quality of work delivered by external service providers, such as agencies, photographers and video producers
  • Co-responsible for the digital marketing budget, ensuring continuous performance monitoring and ROI-driven optimization
  • Work in close alignment with Corporate Affairs, Sales, and Product Marketing to ensure a consistent brand and communication strategy
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support, develop, and optimise SAP Production Planning (PP) and Project System (PS) modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems
  • Collaborate with business departments to analyse financial and controlling requirements, develop suitable SAP solutions and configure PP/PS modules accordingly
  • Lead and participate in projects for SAP PP/PS implementation, optimisation and enhancement (e.g., rollouts, upgrades), while ensuring system stability and availability
  • Analyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient solutions through process optimization and customization
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, perform error analysis, troubleshoot SAP PP/PS-related issues and coordinate with external service providers
  • Conduct end-user training, create documentation and manuals, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer within the organisation
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support, develop, and optimise SAP Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems
  • Collaborate with business departments to analyze procurement, logistics and sales requirements, develop suitable SAP solutions and configure MM/SD modules accordingly
  • Lead and participate in projects for SAP MM/SD implementation, optimisation and enhancement (e.g., rollouts, upgrades), while ensuring system stability and availability
  • Analyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement efficient solutions through process optimisation and customisation.
  • Ensure effective integration of MM/SD processes with other SAP modules (FI/CO, PP, WM) and external systems
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, perform error analysis, troubleshoot SAP MM/SD-related issues and coordinate with external service providers
  • Conduct end-user training, create documentation and manuals, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer within the organisation
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible to transfer new products and major product or process changes from engineering to serial production
  • Manages all industrialization related activites within in the product development, which includes prototyping, process planning, process validation and production scale up
  • Managing an interdisciplinary project team consisting of process, equipment and test system engineers, 
    ERP/MES architects, supply chain management, purchasing, quality and facility management
  • Responsible for planning, executing and controlling the industrialization project within the designated timeline and budget, including project reporting and stakeholder management
  • Coordination of process planning, which includes definition of the value stream (process, material and information flow), PFMEA/control plan, specification and selection of assembly and test equipment and planning of production layout / infrastructure
  • Coordination of process validation and production scale up which includes installation of infrastructure, production and test equipment, setup & verification of software and production master data, HSE assessment, production of prototypes & pre-series samples and preparation of phase over to serial production
  • Definition of project related industrialization requirements like design for manufacturing, design for service and design for reliability
  • Participation in change board meetings to identify and take over major changes to be executed within NPI
    Core team member in product development project as main interface to development project manager for all industrialization activities
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define the strategic and international direction, planning and development of global sourcing strategies to achieve business objectives and ensure sustainable value creation
  • Strategic supplier selection, qualification and development
  • Identify and qualify new procurement sources in accordance with the agreed sourcing strategies to ensure long term competitiveness and supply capability, create optimal cost structures, reduce capital lock-up and Alpitronic's risk, including supplier performance and capacity assessment
  • Ensure the resilience of the supply chain (multi-sourcing, near-shoring, standardisation, diversification of the manufacturing network, etc.)
  • Optimise supply chain processes by implementing best practices to increase efficiency and productivity, minimise risk and improve supplier and product quality
  • Design and negotiate domestic and international procurement contracts and supply agreements to ensure optimum cost, quality, availability, low capital commitment, flexibility and service
  • Optimise material costs by actively participating in new product development and managing the purchasing activities associated with the initial stages of new product qualification and launch
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators for procurement to monitor the success of strategies and processes and ensure continuous improvement
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, R&D, Product Quality and other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of sourcing and supply chain initiatives
  • Identify, assess and manage risks to ensure business continuity and compliance
  • Lead and develop teams of sourcing professionals to achieve high levels of performance and successful execution of the business strategy
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory, environmental and social standards in the supply chain
