YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, gather and evaluate business requests related to CPMS
- Lead the selection and evaluation process of potential CPMS suppliers
- Develop new charging functionalities and services in collaboration with suppliers and fleet customers and release notes for the customers
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure the best pricing and product quality
- Act as an interface towards vehicles, service backend, payment systems, energy management software and fleet management software (FMS)
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. engineering, sales, service, procurement) to review and enhance the development roadmap
- Develop training materials on CPMS functionalities and train Account Managers (AMs)
- Create reports and presentations on KPIs, development progress and related content

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure consistent branding by implementing corporate design guidelines across all media channels
- Design and refine templates for digital and print applications and adapt designs across platforms
- Prepare production-ready files for digital and print formats, ensuring accuracy and high quality
- Edit and enhance visuals, including retouching, compositing and optimising images to meet creative and technical standards
- Develop layouts and typography, including typesetting and final artwork, to meet diverse project needs
- Conceptualise and produce visual content for branding, advertising, brochures and product packaging
- Optimise and adapt visuals, such as images and illustrations, to meet marketing objectives and technical specifications
- Support the creation of digital content by contributing to and collaborating on the development of compelling multimedia assets

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse the current security posture of the organization and monitor network traffic
- Defend the digital assets of the company against cyber-attacks and other potential internal and/or external threats
- Detect anomalous threats and respond to security incidents
- Perform risk assessment analysis, by identifying vulnerabilities that could be exploited by malicious attackers, to proactively anticipate and prevent cyber-attacks
- Investigate and resolve security incidents, by taking measures to address deficiencies and vulnerabilities along with recommendations for improvement to mitigate and eliminate risk
- Develop security protocols, standards and policies, as well as disaster recovery plans and conducting security audits
- Monitoring security breaches and conduct Digital footprint analysis
- Running network tests and testing firewalls, creating patches or implementing new protocols as required to ensure that all defences are effective
- Ensure that all security software is configured, monitored and audited and that security tools are running properly

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical leadership for Alpitronic's power electronics development
- Develop new generation power electronics, such as new switching topologies, introduction of new power semiconductors and new gate driver circuits
- Develop innovative and cost-optimised power electronics, maximising power density (power semiconductors, magnetics and capacitors)
- Lead the debugging of newly developed power electronic boards and assemblies
- Lead field return analyses for power electronics

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Additional and further development of internal and external web applications in an agile development process
- Consulting to the specialised departments on the design of digital services
- Contact person for questions on individual software products within digitalisation projects
- Active promotion of best practices for high quality software development, including the Clean Code and SOLID principles, code reviews, TDD, etc.

Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage all eCommerce customer requests through telephone, mail, and other potential channels
- Act as first level support for issues and general requests about company, brands and products
- Ensure best customer experience in online throughout the whole process (checkout, payment, fulfillment, return and refund).
- Make scheduled reports, track and monitor customer requests and help to improve the process for an outstanding customer experience
- Analyze customer pain-points, issues and needs, suggesting proactively solutions
- Guarantee high quality standards of service towards customers and users at all touch-points
- Drive brand and company values throughout the customer experience
- Support for the administrative area for payments check
