YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading our internal team of technical writers, covering classic team management responsibilities including oversight of tools and licenses, budget planning and other organizational topics
- Planning and monitoring of team activities, by leading regular team meetings, prioritizing and structuring tasks, while maintaining an overview of strategic themes and providing direction on long-term goals
- Supporting operational topics such as translation workflows, coordination of documentation releases, ensuring deadlines are met and providing direction in specific use cases
- Defining content for product-related online trainings and coordinating related projects, including collaboration with external partners such as video agencies
- Managing and evolving our documentation platform, where the technical documentation is made accessible to both internal stakeholders and external customers
- Acting as the main contact for key internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, R&D, Service) to ensure information flow and over-departmental alignment
- Driving process improvements by identifying bottlenecks, developing best practices and introducing new tools to support daily operations
- Supporting the department director by suggesting new methods or tools to be improved with the goal to speed up and simplify the process (writing, check, approval)

YOUR TASKS
- Coordinate the strategic sales key initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Sales Controlling, R&D and Supply Chain
- Coordination, planning and monitoring of interdisciplinary strategic sales programs and their sub-projects aligned with the strategic sales goals (sell-in, sell-out, innovation, seasonal campaigns)
- Support the strategic planning and budgeting cycle, ensuring consistency between business priorities, resource allocation, project roadmap and project portfolio
- Manage the overall project pipeline, ensuring clear prioritization and visibility on timelines

Position Overview
- Develop and optimize geometric reconstruction modules: multi-camera calibration, feature extraction and matching, structure-from-motion.
- Implement and tune optimization techniques (bundle adjustment, surface fitting, mesh refinement) for high-precision geometry.
- Integrate learned components—feature descriptors, depth priors, outlier rejection—into classical pipelines.
- Develop capture and calibration strategies that support downstream appearance and material reconstruction.
- Build robust point cloud and mesh processing workflows for cleaning, filtering, and topology repair.
- Write performant, maintainable code that scales across our production infrastructure.

- Build and optimize neural inverse rendering models for geometry and material estimation.
- Develop relighting and appearance decomposition pipelines using differentiable rendering techniques.
- Explore generative reconstruction approaches: diffusion-based 3D, feed-forward reconstruction networks, neural scene representations.
- Tackle challenging scenarios: specular and transparent surfaces, thin structures, complex BRDFs.
- Write clean, production-ready code and iterate on model quality and inference speed.

- Design and implement BRDF models and material representations, including neural and diffusion-based approaches for material acquisition and synthesis.
- Develop differentiable rendering pipelines for inverse problems: material decomposition, relighting, and appearance transfer.
- Build diffusion-based rendering pipelines that transform PBR assets into photorealistic imagery.
- Develop intrinsic image decomposition models for separating albedo, shading, and material properties from captured images.
