YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take full ownership of subsystems involving human-machine interfaces (e.g. displays and input/output interfaces) and communication devices (e.g. PLC modems and radio equipment)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for component and subsystem suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of HMIs and communication subsystems into the overall charging solution
- Support validation planning and evaluate results to verify system functionality and compliance with technical and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and assess the latest advancements in key technologies and components to drive continuous improvement and innovation

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design a comprehensive employer branding action plan that aligns with Alpitronic’s strategic business and HR goals
- Act as a central point of contact for all employer branding activities, ensuring close collaboration with key internal stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Marketing, Communications, and Leadership
- Facilitate cross-departmental alignment to ensure consistent messaging, shared ownership of the employer brand, and the integration of branding efforts into broader business and people strategies
- Collaborate closely with HR and Marketing to enhance Alpitronic’s visibility and consistency across all talent touchpoints, including job platforms, career website and landing pages, LinkedIn and other social media channels and employer review platforms
- Identify and empower employees who embody Alpitronic’s values to act as brand ambassadors, by developing engagement formats such as ambassador programs, internal campaigns and storytelling workshops

- Define and execute global digital strategy for Schär’s B2C environment, driving transformation and growth across all markets
- Set goals, KPIs, and budgets, ensuring cost control and optimization for digital initiatives
- Lead development and integration of digital platforms and tools (websites, apps, marketing automation, loyalty programs)
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and implement initiatives to boost traffic, engagement, and retention
- Harmonize platforms and processes across the global digital ecosystem for efficiency and quality
- Deliver insights and reporting via dashboards on performance and digital asset health for internal stakeholders
- Build strong collaboration networks with local subsidiaries and global business units; facilitate knowledge sharing
- Manage teams and vendors, leading ~10 people and ensuring timely, budget-compliant project deli

Brands of Oberalp-Group
- Work closely with the marketing team to translate messaging concepts into marketing materials
- Support the e-commerce & digital marketing team in the task and content management of the blog, banners
- Assist in organising & managing photo shootings, country-specific communication, events, content creation, translations, etc.
- Support the management of our athletes and brand ambassador program
- Help to design and work on clear, engaging graphic communications for print and web. This will include marketing/communication brochures, website and social media graphics, posters & flyers, and other marketing materials as needed

Tasks and responsibilities
- Assist in the upload and management of sales orders into the ERP system
- Help to ensure that products are delivered on time with the right quantity and quality
- Assist the first-level support for issues and general requests about products and brands
- Support the sales manager and sales team in preparing and managing the sales campaign, including management of the samples, set up of the showroom, preparation of offers/commercial conditions, communication of availability list, processing of sales reporting/statistics
- Guarantee high-quality standards of service towards retailers before and after sales, taking into account and managing their requests involving various departments. This includes cooperation with logistic department, Credit management and Handling of claims coming from the market
