YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide an ownership of applicable norms and safety standards for all products & equipment developed by R&D
- Establish processes & methodologies to monitor and ensure the relevant compliance with applicable regulations
- Perform risk related analysis and monitor/drive the implementation of mitigating actions as per the defined action plan and in compliance with national regulations
- Draft and update all risk & compliance related technical documentation and declarations of conformity
- Carry out compliance analysis for new markets entry and support discussions with local authorities
- Support certification processes with national test agencies
- Work with corporate requirements management tools, promoting suggestions and improvements
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Completed studies in electronics, electrical engineering or mechatronics
- Work experience and training in electrical safety compliance and preferably also in type approval certifications.
- Knowledge of European directives for CE conformity declaration (Low Voltage Directive, EMC, Radio Equipment Directive, Machinery Directive, RoHS, REACH)
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation according to EN ISO 12100
- Knowledge of Eichrecht and MessEG/EV regulation is a plus
- Analytical thinking, problem solving, proactive and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and/or German, as well as in English
