- Create Excel-based order forms, including all necessary data, to enable store managers to place data-driven orders
- Analyze inventory and sell-through to minimize stock depreciation and maximize stock rotation through appropriate corrective actions (transfers, promotions, reorder block)
- Conduct performance analyses for individual SKUs, focusing on Brand Key Styles, and implement markdown strategies for worst-sellers
