Ihre Hauptaufgaben in dieser Rolle:
- Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung von zielgerichteten Marketingstrategien
- Content-Erstellung und -Verwaltung für Print, Web und Social Media
- Verantwortung für das Markenmanagement (CI, CD, Branding)
- Koordination und Ausbau der PR- und Medienarbeit
- Steuerung und Pflege der externen und internen Kommunikation
- Schnittstellenmanagement mit internen Teams (HR, Vertrieb, Technik, etc.)
- Koordination externer Dienstleister, Agenturen und Medienpartner
- Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Budgetverantwortung und Erfolgskontrolle der Marketingaktivitäten

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in Italy, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling products and services, as well as to acquire new customers within the region
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and support overall business planning efforts
- Drive revenue growth, ensure market share and successfully introduce products and services
- Manage customer inquiries and provide them commercial and technical support, addressing their needs effectively
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Team and generate market reports to support the decision-making process, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts
- Generate forecasts and reports, by tracking performance, identify areas for improvement and monitor market trends
- Represent Alpitronic at trade fairs, events and congresses

Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist in the upload and management of sales orders into the ERP system
- Help to ensure that products are delivered on time with the right quantity and quality
- Assist the first-level support for issues and general requests about products and brands
- Support the sales manager and sales team in preparing and managing the sales campaign, including management of the samples, set up of the showroom, preparation of offers/commercial conditions, communication of availability list, processing of sales reporting/statistics
- Guarantee high-quality standards of service towards retailers before and after sales, taking into account and managing their requests involving various departments. This includes cooperation with logistic department, Credit management and Handling of claims coming from the market

Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and PR strategies to promote Danfoss Motion Servo Drives.
- Help identify and connect with technical influencers, especially those relevant to automation and servo applications.
- Create content for social media platforms and contribute to developing a structured social media marketing plan.
- Support in the production of video content, including tutorials and product demonstrations.
- Research suitable websites, technical portals, and communities to increase product visibility and digital footprint.
- Assist with digital advertising initiatives (e.g., context ads, social ads) and monitor campaign performance.
- Contribute ideas and assist in preparation for trade shows and fairs, including booth messaging and visuals.
- Support PR efforts targeting OEMs, machine builders, and system integrators working on motion control and multi-axis applications.

YOUR TASKS
- Analyze and monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and potential risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Operations, Finance) to define global product portfolio objectives, strategy, and guidelines, ensuring consistency and clarity of priorities across categories and markets
- Oversee Global Portfolio planning, coordinating the annual / multi-annual New Products Planning process supportby consolidating requests / briefs and facilitating consensus across stakeholders
- Recommend product range mobilization and promote de-complexity initiatives according to performance and business priorities establishing KPIs, metrics and processes to monitor and report on product portfolio performance across all brands and product categories
- Lead product portfolio budget management, allocating resources and funds effectively and efficiently according to overall business priorities
- Support the NPD process and governance, dealing with its phases, gates, deliverables, and working mechanisms, and ensuring projects adhere to established processes and procedures
- Supervise Product Portfolio Managers supporting their professional development
