YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the company’s intranet project as project manager, including concept development, coordination of stakeholders, and implementation of new structures and communication formats together with the IT department
- Develop and implement a content and channel strategy to enhance communication effectiveness and employee engagement
- Continuously improve and innovate internal communication tools, such as the company intranet, to foster effective knowledge management and employee connectivity
- Produce internal communication materials to support content dissemination and project updates
- Manage South Tyrolian media relations, acting as the first point of contact for press inquiries and ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Conceptualize and create comprehensive international press clippings and media monitoring reports

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead IT projects from requirements definition to deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations and implementation plans, including risk mitigation, mainly focussed on software implementation projects
- Manage internal and external resources to ensure that projects meet their scope, schedule, and budget requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status
- Help to identify necessary changes in current business processes
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan

- Operate and maintain the ISMS, ensuring policies, controls, risks and evidence remain accurate, consistent and audit‑ready

- Collaborate with local markets to maximize the capitalization of the digital commerce performance insights, lead business reviews, identify gaps (e.g. ineffective promotions and recommend adjustments to improve competitiveness and ROI) and translate them into targeted action plans
