Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and PR strategies to promote Danfoss Motion Servo Drives.
- Help identify and connect with technical influencers, especially those relevant to automation and servo applications.
- Create content for social media platforms and contribute to developing a structured social media marketing plan.
- Support in the production of video content, including tutorials and product demonstrations.
- Research suitable websites, technical portals, and communities to increase product visibility and digital footprint.
- Assist with digital advertising initiatives (e.g., context ads, social ads) and monitor campaign performance.
- Contribute ideas and assist in preparation for trade shows and fairs, including booth messaging and visuals.
- Support PR efforts targeting OEMs, machine builders, and system integrators working on motion control and multi-axis applications.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Design and develop immersive retail environments, including in-store displays, window installations, seasonal campaigns, and pop-ups, to enhance the customr experience
- Translate brand storytelling into experiences, aligning creative concepts with marketing goals to increase engagement, foot traffic, and conversion
- Create high-impact visual presentations, such as 3D renderings, floor plans, sketches, mood boards, and concept decks using tools like SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trade Marketing, Retail, Store staff, and external suppliers, to ensure design execution is on-brand, on-budget, and on-time
- Support brands' presence at events, trade fairs, and summits by conceptualizing and designing branded environments and experiences
- Oversee installation and rollout of display across retail locations, supplier coordination, and quality control for both permanent and temporary installations
- Stay ahead of trends in retail design, experiential marketing, materials, sustainability, and consumer behavior to keep activations fresh, relevant, and competitive

- Search Strategy, Implementation and Monitoring: Develop and refine an integrated global search strategy (SEM and SEO), supporting markets in the implementation and monitor performance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce regular, in-depth reports on media campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to measure campaign success.
- Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, global scalability, and new growth opportunities based on global search trend analytics.
- Training and Trends Monitoring: Provide training sessions and resources to local teams to enhance their understanding of media.
