Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and PR strategies to promote Danfoss Motion Servo Drives.
- Help identify and connect with technical influencers, especially those relevant to automation and servo applications.
- Create content for social media platforms and contribute to developing a structured social media marketing plan.
- Support in the production of video content, including tutorials and product demonstrations.
- Research suitable websites, technical portals, and communities to increase product visibility and digital footprint.
- Assist with digital advertising initiatives (e.g., context ads, social ads) and monitor campaign performance.
- Contribute ideas and assist in preparation for trade shows and fairs, including booth messaging and visuals.
- Support PR efforts targeting OEMs, machine builders, and system integrators working on motion control and multi-axis applications.

Your Responsibilities
- Execute content strategy defined by the Strategy Lead — with direct input from the CEO and CCO
- Create, edit, and publish short-form social media content (across social media channels) — fast turnaround, high quality
- Capture content at events, tradeshows, open houses, customer visits (occasional travel required)
- Create engaging content and develop/implement campaigns to drive Employer Branding strategy in alignment with CPO
- Benchmark competitors and ensure Durst leads in content tone, relevance, and quality
- Coordinate publishing calendars and ensure message consistency across channels
- Measure post effectiveness and report weekly/monthly to the CEO
- Collaborate with HQ Marketing, global subsidiaries, and DMC (Durst Media Company) for integrated storytelling

- Design a comprehensive employer branding action plan that aligns with Alpitronic’s strategic business and HR goals
- Act as a central point of contact for all employer branding activities, ensuring close collaboration with key internal stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Marketing, Communications, and Leadership
- Facilitate cross-departmental alignment to ensure consistent messaging, shared ownership of the employer brand, and the integration of branding efforts into broader business and people strategies
- Collaborate closely with HR and Marketing to enhance Alpitronic’s visibility and consistency across all talent touchpoints, including job platforms, career website and landing pages, LinkedIn and other social media channels and employer review platforms
- Identify and empower employees who embody Alpitronic’s values to act as brand ambassadors, by developing engagement formats such as ambassador programs, internal campaigns and storytelling workshops

- Collect insights from product marketing, sales, R&D, and customers, and transform them into clear, structured, and compelling narratives
- Regularly review, optimize, and refine website and digital content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Alpitronic’s tone of voice
- Support the marketing team in developing messaging frameworks, value propositions, and product positioning
- Collaborate closely with design, branding, and product teams to ensure textual and visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Coordinate and manage external copywriters and agencies, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Conduct competitor, industry, and market research to continuously improve content quality and inform messaging direction

- Coordinate the strategic sales key initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Sales Controlling, R&D and Supply Chain
- Coordination, planning and monitoring of interdisciplinary strategic sales programs and their sub-projects aligned with the strategic sales goals (sell-in, sell-out, innovation, seasonal campaigns)
- Support the strategic planning and budgeting cycle, ensuring consistency between business priorities, resource allocation, project roadmap and project portfolio

- Anticipate interdependencies across launches, production and marketing activities
