Your responsibilities
- Respond promptly to support requests from users related to the companies ERP system Microsoft Business Central
- Verify, troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ERP system or related to interfaces between the ERP system and other software applications
- Documenting and tracking all support requests within the internal ITSM tool
- Conducting user training sessions to improve system adoption and usage
- Contribute to international projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the ERP framework

- Verify the correct functionality of drive software in all phases of development
- Specify and author test cases for our high-performance motion drives
- Develop automated test scripts implementing CI/CD approach
- Continuously improve and expand our automated test systems and test benches
- Co-operate with different departments from R&D such as Laboratory, Hardware or Approvals on a local and global level.
