- Verwaltung der Wartungsaktivitäten von öffentlichen Gebäuden und den dazugehörigen Anlagen
- Koordination der von externen Firmen durchgeführten Tätigkeiten im Bereich Anlagenwartung und Bauarbeiten, sowohl aus operativer als auch aus sicherheitstechnischer Sicht
- Unterstützung externer Fachleute während der Planungs- und Bauleitungsphasen in Bezug auf Anlagenanpassungen und Gebäudeumstrukturierungen
- Buchhalterische Verwaltung der Wartungsverträge
- Proaktive Unterstützung bei Anfragen aus den verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen und Business Units in Bezug auf die Aufgaben des Bereichs Building Management
- Häufige Fahrten zwischen den verschiedenen Standorten der Unternehmensgruppe je nach Bedarf

- Optimierung des bestehenden Produktsortiments und der Einführungsprozesse
- Verwaltung und Koordinierung der Verfahren zur Produkteinführung, -verbesserung und -eliminierung
- Koordination der Produktentwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem strategischen Einkauf und anderen Unternehmensbereichen
- Durchführung von Audits bei Lieferanten zur Entdeckung neuer Technologien und Materialien
- Verwaltung von Reklamationen bei Lieferanten und Sicherstellung der Problemlösung vor Zahlungen
- Definition und Überwachung der Qualitätskriterien für Produkte, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Logistik- und Vertriebsteams
- Optimierung der Verpackung und Verkaufseinheiten
- Koordinierung und Dokumentation von Qualitätsbeanstandungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Marketing, Vertrieb, Einkauf, Logistik, IT und Recht, um eine effiziente Produkteinführung sicherzustellen
