    • Develop, improve and maintain the overall charging functions and the associated power control functions, such as power sharing, cooling/derating, grid control, battery storage systems, vehicle-to-grid (V2G) and depot charging
    • Develop and extend the charging interface between EVs, EVSEs and the grid in line with new standards and market trends (MCS, bi-directional power transfer and load balancing)
    • Deliver the best power sharing functionalities on the market
    • Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of field issues
    • Accompany interoperability and conformance tests

    • Writing clean, efficient and well-documented code that is easy to test, maintain and reuse
    • Write tests to maintain code quality and prevent regressions
    • Optimise applications for maximum performance and scalability
    • Troubleshoot and debug to improve applications and user experience
    • Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and software development best practices
