- Du verantwortest und steuerst alle HR-Kernprozesse entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles – von Employer Branding und Recruiting über Onboarding und HR Development bis hin zum Offboarding – und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Aufbereitung und Übermittlung der für die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung erforderlichen Daten sowie für die Pflege und Aktualisierung von Personalakten, Urlaubs- und Zeiterfassung (inkl. Stempelsystem) sowie Spesen- und Fahrtspesenabrechnungen.

- You are responsible for collecting, preparing, and transmitting the data re-quired for payroll processing, as well as maintaining and updating personnel files, vacation and time tracking (including the time recording system), and expense and travel reimbursements.

- Suche und Auswahl neuer Photovoltaikprojekte;
