Was Dich erwartet:
- Mitarbeit und Koordination bei Migrations-, Upgrade- und Einführungsprojekten sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Systemlandschaft
- Unterstützung in der technischen Einführung und Administration von SAP-Cloud-Diensten sowie deren Integration in die bestehende SAP-Infrastruktur
- Koordination und Umsetzungsbegleitung von Security Maßnahmen auf Plattform Ebene
- Monitoring und Support für die SAP-Systemlandschaft sowohl On-Premise als auch Cloud
- Mitarbeit in der Analyse und Lösung technischer Störungen sowie Performancetuning der Systeme und der Datenbanken
- Unterstützung und Umsetzung beim SAP Access Management (Rollen- und Berechtigungsverwaltung inkl. SAP Fiori Berechtigungen)

YOUR TASKS
- Continuously improve security related software and services to prevent threats
- Conduct risk assessments, review solution designs, and embed security throughout the project lifecycle
- Cooperate closely with the IT Infrastructure team to maximize IT services’ security, resilience, and availability
- Engineer and operate key security controls: identity & access, PAM, EDR/XDR, SIEM/SOAR, DLP, email/web security, vulnerability management
- Implement Zero Trust principles (least privilege, MFA/conditional access, segmentation)
- Support alignment with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, NIS2, and contribute to ISMS documentation and audits
- Map, implement, and improve CIS Controls v8 safeguards
- Collaborate with the SOC for incident response, tuning, threat hunting, and continuous improvement
- Participate to on-duty-call service
- Perform security related activities up to 20% of the total time out of business hours

Key Responsibilities
- Align R&D digital initiatives with strategic priorities.
- Identify opportunities to digitalize and streamline R&D processes.
- Manage digital transformation projects from planning to delivery (scope, time, budget).
- Ensure a key user approach for relevant R&D applications is established, including UAT coordination and first-level support.
- Ensure effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and change adoption.
- Support Data Governance (integrity, traceability, access control, audit readiness).
- Promote compliance, quality, safety, and CSR guidelines.

- Collect and analyse stakeholder cybersecurity requirements (standards, regulations and customers)
- Perform threat and vulnerability analyses and risk assessments to identify the necessary mitigations for development, production, maintenance and decommissioning
- Support internal vulnerability assessments by reviewing available work products
- Monitor security vulnerabilities that may affect the product and assess the severity of any related corrections and verifications
- Support cybersecurity audits at customer premises and/or those carried out by certification bodies
- Monitor the evolution of international regulations and standards impacting cybersecurity
