- Fachkundige Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Auswahl von Speisen und Getränken im Einklang mit unserem nachhaltigen und innovativen gastronomischen Konzept
- Effiziente Koordination des Service in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenteam und weiteren Abteilungen zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
- Professionelle Anleitung und Zusammenarbeit mit den Commis de Rang
- Sicherstellung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Servicequalität auf internationalem Top-Niveau
