Deine Aufgaben:
- Zubereiten der Speisen des Entremetier- Postens
- Mithilfe beim Anrichten im Abendservice
- Organisation, Produktion und Zubereitung
- Reinigung und Organisation des eigenen Arbeitspostens
- Gemeinsame Verantwortung über Ordnung und Instanthaltung des Magazins, Kühl- und Gefrierzellen

So sehen deine Jagdhof Aufgaben aus:
- Zubereitung und Vorbereitung aller Gerichte
- Organisation des Mise en place und Verantwortungsvolle Leitung des Postens
- Hochwertige Produktion und Anrichten der entsprechenden Menübestandteile
- Umsetzung der Hygienerichtlinien nach HACCP und Sicherheitsbestimmungen
- Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Waren sowie Kücheninventar
- Bestellung in Absprache mit dem Küchenchef
- Unterstützung der Küchenbrigade bei allen anfallenden Aufgaben

Du solltest folgendes mitbringen
- Erfahrung in der Position oder in einer vergleichbaren Stelle
- Absolvent einer relevanten Bildungseinrichtung
- Kreativität und Liebe zum Detail in der Zubereitung von Speisen
- Leidenschaft für gehobene Küche
- Herausragendes Engagement und großes Interesse an einer teamorientierten Arbeitsweise
- Freundliches, herzliches und extrovertiertes Auftreten
- Du sprichst Deutsch und Italienisch, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
