Als CPO bist du Teil des Managements von Brandnamic Unlimited und berichtest direkt an den CEO der Gruppe. Du verantwortest die Produktstrategie der Gruppe und deren Umsetzung, schaffst Struktur und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Lösungen zum angestrebten Zeitpunkt marktgerecht und ausgereift zur Verfügung stehen. Du triffst Entscheidungen, die auf Daten basieren – und auf Erfahrung.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate the Hyperautomation product as a cross‑functional initiative within Digital Products & Innovation
- Co‑create the roadmap, priorities, milestones, scope, and governance model with relevant stakeholders
- Drive the development of core digital capabilities, including early issue detection, automated analysis, guided or automated remediation, and structured issue outputs for downstream workflows
- Ensure alignment with adjacent capabilities (diagnostics, dispatch handovers, customer‑facing settings, Hypersuite integration) while maintaining clear ownership boundaries
- Act as the central interface between Digital Products & Innovation and stakeholders in Service, R&D, Data Science, IT, Quality, and Legal
- Ensure the product fits Alpitronic’s service model, SLA logic, and operational realities
- Support Service in packaging, pricing, rollout, and customer communication by coordinating required product inputs and dependencies
- Ensure the product is scalable, reliable, observable, maintainable, and aligned with long‑term architectural goals
- Define and track success metrics such as detection rate, automation contribution, MTTR improvement, quality of issue outputs, and product adoption
- Report progress, risks, dependencies, and escalation topics to your direct manager and relevant stakeholders
- Build structure, alignment, and momentum across distributed teams
- Help establish an effective collaboration model between product, engineering, service, and other involved functions

YOUR TASKS
- Design and develop end-to-end digital architectures for digital platforms (e.g. ERP, CRM, CMS, eCommerce systems) and customer experience platforms
- Translate customer journey and UX requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions
- Act as Product Owner, defining product vision, prioritizing backlog, and maximizing business value
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across digital platforms
- Support project delivery, planning, and governance, ensuring alignment with roadmap, budget, and quality standards
- Manage stakeholders across business and IT, facilitating decision-making and alignment
- Oversee lifecycle management, ensuring stability and performance of digital solutions

Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and PR strategies to promote Danfoss Motion Servo Drives.
- Help identify and connect with technical influencers, especially those relevant to automation and servo applications.
- Create content for social media platforms and contribute to developing a structured social media marketing plan.
- Support in the production of video content, including tutorials and product demonstrations.
- Research suitable websites, technical portals, and communities to increase product visibility and digital footprint.
- Assist with digital advertising initiatives (e.g., context ads, social ads) and monitor campaign performance.
- Contribute ideas and assist in preparation for trade shows and fairs, including booth messaging and visuals.
- Support PR efforts targeting OEMs, machine builders, and system integrators working on motion control and multi-axis applications.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fix security vulnerabilities across the front-end (Vue.js/Nuxt.js) and back-end (C#/.NET and PHP/Laravel) codebases
- Collaborate with product managers and developers in agile sprints to prioritise and resolve security issues
- Deliver clean, well-documented fixes that adhere to existing code conventions
- Support vulnerability analysis and remediation confirmation during validation phases

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Perform complex troubleshooting, upgrades and commissioning tasks across global locations
- Provide on-site support for special customer cases, pilot installations and escalated technical issues
- Support international service teams through targeted interventions and expertise sharing
- Deliver remote technical guidance to our Field Service Technicians via phone, video call and digital tools
- Contribute to internal training programs and help shape hands-on learning experiences for new Technicians
- Collaborate on strategic projects, including prototype testing, product enhancements and process optimization

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse the current security posture of the organization and monitor network traffic
- Defend the digital assets of the company against cyber-attacks and other potential internal and/or external threats
- Detect anomalous threats and respond to security incidents
- Perform risk assessment analysis, by identifying vulnerabilities that could be exploited by malicious attackers, to proactively anticipate and prevent cyber-attacks
- Investigate and resolve security incidents, by taking measures to address deficiencies and vulnerabilities along with recommendations for improvement to mitigate and eliminate risk
- Develop security protocols, standards and policies, as well as disaster recovery plans and conducting security audits
- Monitoring security breaches and conduct Digital footprint analysis
- Running network tests and testing firewalls, creating patches or implementing new protocols as required to ensure that all defences are effective
- Ensure that all security software is configured, monitored and audited and that security tools are running properly

- Translate technology concepts into scalable and manufacturable processes
- Define process and site requirements, equipment needs, personnel qualification requirements and quality targets
- Monitor trends in automation, joining, packaging, and digital manufacturing
- Plan and execute pilot projects, prototypes, and trials
- Conduct simulations and lab-scale trials to evaluate new technologies
- Perform risk, cost, and maturity assessments (e.g., TRL, MRL)
- Contribute to the creation of technology standards across product families
- Collaborate with universities, research institutes, and suppliers on technology development

- Provide technical leadership for Alpitronic's power electronics development
- Develop new generation power electronics, such as new switching topologies, introduction of new power semiconductors and new gate driver circuits
- Develop innovative and cost-optimised power electronics, maximising power density (power semiconductors, magnetics and capacitors)
- Lead the debugging of newly developed power electronic boards and assemblies
- Lead field return analyses for power electronics

- Assist users with technical issues regarding workstation software, hardware, printers and phones

- Lead IT projects from requirements definition to deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations and implementation plans, including risk mitigation, mainly focussed on software implementation projects
- Manage internal and external resources to ensure that projects meet their scope, schedule, and budget requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status
- Help to identify necessary changes in current business processes
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
